So quick run down, I bleached my hair 2 weeks ago and now I’m touching up what needs to be lighter for my liking and also doing my roots! Definitely got the color I was going for 🥳 and I’m happy to show the journey, it took about 4hrs total for me to do everything but all in all it came out perfect!!

I'm not sure if coconut oil completely helps hair during the bleaching process, but I definitely reccomend for you to use Olaplex when you bleach your hair. Olaplex helps restore the chemical bonds in your hair that are damaged during the bleaching process. You can look up more info about it online. But im liking the platinum on you though, it's very pretty! 😊

i bleached my whole head at home for the first time 4 or 5 years ago, back then Clairol 7th Stage was still available so I used that for about 2 years. Now I want to do my whole head and am looking at videos to pick up new info and techniques. It's so hard to find someone brown skinned or darker than a paper bag bleaching their hair, so thank you for uploading this. Wella T18 is the bomb, I always use it.

Carmen J i feel you girl I hate having that yellow gold look too, only thing is you have to be super careful on how close you do the lifts together it will loosen the curls if you have natural hair. You will see that in my new updated bleaching video ☺️

Not sure how I came across your channel, but this color process was some black girl magic for real. I don’t really care what the naysayers say. You’re really talented. Love how bold and brave you are with your hair. Also, I saw your protein treatment vid where you let your hair air dry. I know the struggle with transitioning hair, but fwiw, I don’t think the straight ends are as noticeable to others as they may be to you when your hair is dry and curly. Your curls are beautiful. Hello young ladies.. I've been doing hair and nails for 26 yrs. When you use the toners such as T18 to get the purple out after you tone it down soap removes. It may take a couple times to get it out. Since alot of theses young ladies just saturate the crown...lol

After over processing my hair it began to break off and it took over two years to get it back to a healthy state. & now i have to deal with an uneven length in the front. Schuggie TV hair lifting is just a term for saying that you made your hair a much lighter color than it was before, I did my first lift from black hair to this blonde color now it’s more platinum white with my last lift 💕
