Labrynth/Unchained/Fire king could be a good option on a budget, destruction and reset in one deck. If you're looking for some choice add ins, I'd recommend Traptrix Atrax to support the Labrynth cards and the suppression Pluto, the fiend type legendary planet monster that can be special summoned by the Labrynth servant monsters and reeks havoc on the opponent if you can guess any card name in their hand. Fire king stuff just gives extra bodies for XYZ or link summons so is a do as you please package, they may also trigger Unchained Abomination's effect by being popped so that's fun too.

Atrax supports Labrynth by preventing the activation and effects of your normal trap cards being negated. She just has to be face up on the field to achieve this.

Love to see a good Unchained video since it's one of my favorite decks in YGO! It's a shame though for a budget player like myself that the deck really needs those juicy Fiendsmith cards to stay competitive, since cards like Engraver are a little pricy. What do you think, Cali, about the likeliness of the Fiendsmith cards getting hit by the banlist anytime soon? Seeing that Engraver and Tract are at 1 in the OCG. Also, do you think you'd still call it a tier 1 deck if you weren't able to run the full Fiendsmith package? Keep up the good work on those quality videos!

Honestly think playing a heavier unchained package makes this deck a lot stronger. Being able to have the traps on your end board helps you play through board breakers and gives you more layered interruptions.also gives you a higher chance of drawing aruha/ shavara + trap for combo.

Also helps against fuwalos since you can just set your traps instead of comiting

Calli i have a yugioh deck question. I wanna play live twin deck but i also want it to be very competitive and since live twin is an engine that consist of spright and unchained it shoudl be very competitive but i haven't seen a single live twin in the ycs so if you could give me some tips and tricks on this deck im dying here lol

@blurrykage2920 Tip #1. I ALWAYS want you to succeed and usually say things that are statistically correct and/OR I have a strong opinion on. Tip #2 the deck isn't competitive enough. It's simply not good. 😭

I'm confused as to how this deck is a good matchup against Ryzeal. Detonator is going to block you from special summoning. And if you normal summon the field spell is just going to block you from summoning something else off the pop And against Maliss they dodge targeting and banish so thats not good.

I have no idea who that is, BUT I definitely did use resources like lists on YGOprodeck, help from other pro players, and advice of the community. To my fault, I thought this was obvious because in today's yugioh, nothing is really made by you. Just reused, reinvented, or "teched" Shout out to the other player's that had success with this! (I did talk about that on the stream)

In my opinion, the best third deck to play is centurion. It Dodges the most hand traps, It's one cod combos have to be stopped by something or you lose the game so it forces your opponent to react to it. And it's follow up. Cards are pretty strong. Sometimes chaos Angel alone can win you the game
