I bet the neck dive is insane but that thing is badass, it poses the philosophical question- how many frets does it take before it’s beyond microtonal and basically just fretless
@dfpguitarАй бұрын
My Tele is heavy as hell. You could install a bigsby on the headstock and it still wouldn't neck dive.

The first loop before you slow it down sounds strikingly like Velvet Underground. Dakato would approve. I think the reason that Andreas didn't mention how hard it was to play is related to the fact that it didn't cut his hands up. The bandaids on his fingers in the old video... 😅

thats a really good idea to put as many frets as possible inbetween the Interval basically making it a lumpy fretless which would bend notes better than a smooth fretless. A person could still make chords with proper intonation , which is almost impossible with a regular fretless

Does a keyboard have power to drive speakers or do I need some sort of tuner or preamp & what connections will I need from device to device = ball park guesses is good to give me direction cuz IDKnow but need this for Halloween @@ Help Me please? thnaks much, very cool, kool, and kewl guitar. peace
@guitfidleАй бұрын
Soooo….. why not just pull the frets and smooth the fretboard, so it’s actually fretless?
@guitfidleАй бұрын
Also, open tunings work pretty well for something like this- you can basically just bar your finger across all the strings to play a chord. Kinda like how you would play slide guitar.
