On the question of platonic male-female friendships, especially when one or both are already in a committed relationship, do some research on emotional infidelity. I’m glad I did.
@dancing0nthe3dge Жыл бұрын
Hey me too! I immigrated to the United States with my parents when I was 4 years old, they were both in their masculine energy my entire life. Of course none of us spoke the language. I grew up watching my mother run herself to the Bone doing all of the things all of the time. My father? The only thing he did was go to work eat and fall asleep on the couch after a couple of drinks. And when he did parent, it was with fear and yelling and abuse. I have even developed cptsd and two other anxiety disorders, officially diagnosed last year, as a result of my childhood. When I met my husband I knew that I could be in my feminine energy. I've been a sahm for the last 5 years. It's been a dream, mostly aside from having to be in trauma recovery therapy. Watching this video gave me hope because I've only been doing it for a little over a year and I have an anxious attachment style and my husband hasn't avoident attachment style. I only hope that I will have a positive outcome as I move towards the secure attachment style.

I believe a man and a woman can have a platonic friendship if they have been friends for a long time and have surpassed the attraction phase already.
@n0426 Жыл бұрын
You can’t really trust them though. Maybe long distance or in a work place. Because they are always the one’s trying to sneak at night. When no one is around and the party is over. You just read it in their tone. Seriously they have their low points and they want that female friend who will gladly take the wifey duty without getting paid. What i call male friend’s are only my uncles and siblings.

Hi Margarita, I watched several of your videos just now and I love how smart you are. I wouldn't say that you were masculine, rather you are a strong feminine, big difference. Masculine and feminine complement each other. You could easily handle being with a strong masculine, no problem. It would come easy to you, while other women would struggle with that. You don't need to change anything. Your perfect counterpart is a strong masculine, that is your blueprint. That is who you are. You did not develop into your masculine because of the roles your mom and grandma stepped into while you were growing up, so there is no need to shed any masculinity here. It's not that complicated. I know very hardworking women who are extremely feminine. Just know that you are very precious the way you truly are.

With having no relationship with my dad, to being raised by a very strong Mom, having no men around, being in my masculine and being anxious. Gosh..I am currently in an 8 yr old relationshio, which is not serving me..and has turned me into someone I no longer like. Needy, depressed and anxious. My partner grew up in a very cold family and I think he is avoidant/disorg. or a covert narc. Never expresses himself, is very emotionally and physically distant. What do you think I should do? I was thinking of taking a break..or couples therapy. Now he moved to another country..n im so sad and confused about this. Sorry for the essay..but well here I am..in a foreign land..n lost. You should use 2 or 3 cameras, I noticed in other videos you're playing with the editing with rapid zooms, do slow zooms to break up a static frame and use some rapid zooms sparingly, but this kind of content could benefit from profile shots and possibly add some B roll in places just to spice it up, thats if you could be bothered, the talk is all people come for, the straight sense and of course you are captivating. The extra effort may be a fun diversion but in the end you have intrinsic value in your conversation and thats all thats really needed. Keep going, you are right over the mark.

Childhood friendships are correct. Males are always 'looking' for the 'perfect' females. Having no 'father figure' is difficult for women. Having no 'mother figure' is difficult for men. Those 'brought up' in 'one parent' families find it hard to adjust to having a 'normal' family life. We all need good family values and be good 'role models' for our children. May we all be content in who we are and be content in our relationships. Education gives us 'good jobs' but once we have got financial security we must also become part of a community and give back to society. May we also have faith. Money is a tool but that is all that it is. It is a means to an end, not an end in itself. We need 'inner beauty', because this is the only thing that lasts. We all need 'security' but ultimately this world will not give us total security, but we walk forward and keep on believing despite all the 'setbacks' we have in life. Thank you for your videos.

Not being in a comfortable place financially creates a lot of stress. I saw my parents always fighting about money and I decided I will be very well financially to not have to deal with this. It puts a lot of strain on a relationship and can cause it to fail. And even though as a woman now we can be financially independent there is still the matter of women not making as much as men and we have way more expenses to just be socially acceptable. So yes, I think wanting a man that is financially stable is very important.
