"I'm using volume measurements. *Like an American.*" This is already the most aggressive ice cream tutorial I've ever watched, but I do appreciate that "cup and a half and a bit" are vague and evocative measurements. Wow, ooo ahh. What incredible ice cream!
@sylvansmithy526211 ай бұрын
@aqacefan dry and liquid measures are the same volume, the only difference is liquid measuring cups are designed to minimize spills. You can test this by filling a dry measuring cup with water and pouring it into a liquid measure.

The occurence of a double yolker is 1 in 1000 eggs. The average per capita egg consumption in 1 year (US) is around 280. So once every leap year a double yolker should find its way into a flat of eggs.

If you crunch your eggshells into powder they make good additions to your flower beds or compost heap. Keeps the snails off, helps de-acidify acidic soils, and it's great for tomatoes because there's a condition they get if there's not enough calcium in the soil, called black end rot.
