I played Dread once. It was really cool, but then my roommate brought weed cake pops. He did not read the dosage info, and we assumed that one cake pop = one dose. Within an hour 2/4 of us were greened out and I was as close as humanly possible to it without actually succumbing. I do not remember how the game ended. I am so, so sorry to our GM, she was doing a great job.

Have you played The One Ring or The Lord of the Rings RPG 5e? A Prof. Kingsmill take would be amazing!

Tolkein doesn't have riddle door passwords by my memory. There are 2 that could qualify: The mines of moria's "speak friend, and enter," and The Lonely Mountain's "Stand by the grey stone when the thrush knocks, and the last light of the setting sun of Durin's Day will shine upon the key hole." Both are literally just telling the person what to do. Moria's friend riddle isn't so much a riddle as a welcome mat, and if you pay attention, that's exactly what it's for, but at the time of the fellowship, they have gotten used to overthinking that. Similarly, to read the instructions of the back door of the lonely mountain you have to know how to read the rune letters, but having a map to pass on is useful, so they have one, making it a very lock and key trap. You have the solution or you don't. Bilbo thinks it's a riddle, but it just says how to do it. Am I missing a riddle door?

I wonder if you would make this again for the 2024 cause I really like the champion as a pretty much resource tax free master of combat
Your opossums look a lot cuter than the ones we have.

Yeah, idk, we somehow just got all the cute marsupials? 🤷♀️

Nice little brushie. The ones I usually see are the roided out ones from raiding bins in the CBD. Those ones have zero fear of humans.

Superhero games in print: Sentinel Comics - fairly simple to play, but still has some crunch, some synergies to use. Fantastic character creation process, you get some crazy powers. You also get a fully formed, high-powered superhero, not a "level 1" superhero. Great stuff. Masks - powered by the apocalypse game of teenage superheroes. Focuses more on the interpersonal drama, and the character arc than the powers themselves. It has some really inspired mechanics for conditions and how to remove them. Like, you can get angry, and you get rid of the condition by lashing out, and breaking something/someone important. Great stuff.

Considering the expected number of people standing outside your spaceship is none, 50m is quite close lol

Well, I definitely don't want to trade any of our neighborhood 🦌 for them. (Besides which, introducing outside fauna into the Oz ecosphere has historically not worked out in a very good way.)

I hope the wildlife group lets you call in to check in on the little guy. At least I would want to check in on him. Hear about any surgery, convalescence, and possum physical therapy.

I’m struggling to come up with a good “true name” for my satyr barbarian. He goes by Hue Mann because of where he was found, but my DM asked me for a true name and this was a great video for working one out!

Makes for a solid story opening. Party gets robbed of their Electrum and race to get it back. Or their regular currency is stolen to convert to Electrum. That gives them a reason to seek out the black market.
