I have been a thrifter for years. My home is mostly thrifted as well. There is nothing like having unique treasures in your home. Great video & beautiful home!

I also have thrifted pretty much my entire home. Nothing like a good antique shop.

Hello Stephanie, I am addicted to your content. It makes me so happy that young women are finding homemaking a rewarding vocation. I don’t want to bring any negativity to you because I think you are a genius and your home is beautiful and you are doing such a good job. Your children and husband are blessed. Please look into what Thrive Market gives 10% of their proceeds to. Thank you for all you do.

Where do 10% of their proceeds go? I can’t find the answer on google

@ the Thrive Market company has committed to a 10% For Women initiative, where 10 percent of their profits will go towards supporting women's reproductive healthcare. Sustain's partners include Planned Parenthood and the Breast Cancer Fund

I really get what you’re saying. I’m a thrifter as well and the things I’ve found are some of my favorites in my home. There are times I walk into a big box store and I look around and think, this is all going to end up in the landfill in just a short time!

We are currently buying peices for our new home that is being finished up and just bought an oak dining table that we got for a steal at $2100! I can’t wait to see it all come together and get settled into our new home 🤗

Love your home, it’s so beautiful. I to am a big thrifter, i’ve found many beautiful things, for so cheap. It’s such a good way to furnish your home. 😊🇨🇦

I always love your videos and how honest and straightforward you are. We just donated our entire 5 bedroom house furniture (from beds to silverware) to a family in need when we decided to travel full time so we have zero furniture in our possession now. Because of this video someday if we decide to stop traveling and build I will buy thrifted pieces because you're so right new stuff is junk and not cheap either. Plus I'm a lover of character and the sleek straight line furniture available now is not pretty to me. Just my opinion obviously but even when we build my house will be a new build but made to look old if that makes sense!

Hey Steph, 3 things 1. I’m in love with your new piece. It was a lot of money, but one day it will float through your lineage and be worth more than it could ever cost in dollars. 2. I’m loving those jeans! Would you have a link for them? 3. I’ve been staring at your island lights for months and months. Where did you find them? They are amazing! Thanks! Looking forward to the next video!

Thrifting brings me so much joy! I’ve passed it on to my kids and they love going thrifting with me (especially my 16 year old). Saves us so much money. I work outside of my home and when I joined my last company, thrifting was on my bio :). I’m an accountant, so it’s completely different from what I do for my day job. People think because I have a salary I should buy new things - no way! What’s the fun in that? Thanks for sharing everything. You are so wise.

Would you possibly be open to doing another video on how you co sleep and when you start to let them sleep in a crib? I know you did one before, but I’m a first time mom to a 6 month old of my first successful pregnancy. He sleeps right next to me, but I’m curious how to start slowly getting him used to a crib (although I’m not ready to lose seeing his sweet face )

Just FYI there is NO FOREVER home!! We have built three homes, a lake home and trust me God can change things in a heartbeat!!! Also taking showroom models can work out but it doesn’t change how ridiculous the repair costs are on those models….I know because I have done it!!! They do,NOT a offer warranties so that makes them very risky! This build we went with kitchen Aid and the highest end of those products and I am so happy!!!! Just do your research and we have a steam oven!!!!

“Patience is power. Patience is not an absence of action; rather, it is “timing”; it waits on the right time to act, for the right principles and in the right way.” Talk about landfills, I hate plastics, not because I’m some environmental activist but I just remember a barge full of plastics and junk just at a drift on the ocean. It’s disgusting and gross. It really helps me to just buy things made of natural materials. I saw a video of the Carmelites of Fairfield Pa. They are building a monastery and the why they are doing it is nothing short of miraculous. You have to look them up. Everything has to be natural and beautiful, even the utility room.

He wasn't screaming for his mother. It sounds to me like he was in the other room being entertained by an adult or some older kids. My baby/toddler would entertain himself for a while with a toy he was fascinated with and he'd sometimes make screeching sounds.

Yes babies scream. A home with kids is loud. If you have kids you’d know that. Get over it. Her kids are healthy and happy. Bug off.
