Evening again Kerry, Oh I make eggs in the speedi, I use that as my frying pan I make Tattie scones. Black pudding and then my eggs. Awwwww, that was a lot better than I thought it would be. I'm so glad it arrived when it did. Wow, those eggs look fantastic, I am definitely going to try this in the speedi. I've never tried that Tony's chocolate. It does look good, and you always need a wee sugar boost with moving. You are more than welcome, Kerry xxxx 💚♥️

Nice to see! I have one of the smaller Ninjas, and even though there is no bottom element, I guess the heat from already frying the bacon, etc makes it hot enough to "fry" with just a minute or two added for the top! Can't wait to try this! Thanks! 🥰🖖

Air fryers are very addictive, I started with the Nija speedi then after about 9 months, I felt I needed more space, because I didn’t use the steam aspect on the soeedi meals as much as I thought I would, and bought a small Corsori which is just about right. I think possible now having got these 2 I would go with the Ninja with the divider draw, so you can have one large draw or 2 draws. I find when I do roast veggies which we really like regularly, the steam off the veg stops the roast potatoes crisping up, so I now stick the roast potatoes in the Corsori. 😂 I now wish my Corsori was bigger. But I really haven’t got much room in my kitchen, but I will take the Corsori on holiday, rather than the bigger Ninja. But I wouldn’t live without an airfryer. Love the new kitchen,mit looks the same shape as previous but I gather you’ve moved.

@janetpendlebury680811 ай бұрын
Why would people frown on it? I bought my air fryer to replace a deep fat fryer, fry pan, grill and oven when I needed to loose weight, so that I could cook everything with minimal oil. Also had the benefit of being quicker and not heating up the kitchen.

Hi Kerry. I follow your cooking vlogs regularly and always look forward to the next. Today I've made your most recent lemon drizzle cake, in two Tala tins like yours. I baked one in the Cosori Dual Blaze and the other in my Cosori air fryer oven both set to 150c for 38 mins. Both cakes baked evenly and are delicious. Be happy in your new home. Best Wishes from Brian. Ps I've lived in the countryside all of my 84 years, can't beat it.

Hi Kerry, your kitchen looks great, i want one. You could definitely swing a cat in it now. LOL. When i first started using an air fryer, i would do a cooked breakfast in it, but when i tried a fried egg it always got a skin on it so i just used to do a poached egg in the microwave. Anyway the other week i had another go in the dual blaze. I put a bit more oil in than you, i crack my egg in a cup of fish first so it's easier to drop in. I do mine for about 2 to 3 minutes, i like mine runny and they come out perfect. I tell you what i have noticed since i've been using an air fryer instead of a frying pan and a chip pan. Things done get greasy like the top of the extractor fan and the top of the fridge freezer. Has anybody else noticed this

I was close with the fried egg, I don't mind them harder but sis loves then runny. I have to put a plate in my ninja as it's the multi cooker so the pot is domed, meaning oil/fat and egg run to the edges LOL just a quick question, how long did you cook the sausage & bacon for - gives people a starting idea how long to preheat I do 20 minutes for sausage and about 12 for bacon but I cook from frozen (not the bacon as I never think to separate before freezing)

Good content, but surely this is a perfect reason why it's described as a fried egg! At least when it's in a pan you can see the progress of it😊
@budgetcookinguk9 ай бұрын
Thank you😀👍it saves me getting out the frying pan esp if basket is already being used, so egg cooks in the residual heat with AF turned off, while I'm prepping the plates/portions, checking progress is easy by peeking in the drawer after a min or 2

well I think I'm going to have to admit when I'm beaten. fried eggs just don't work for me - ended up heating the fat for 10 minutes at 200 then had to cook for 4 minutes and after leaving them in the off, but hot, halogen they were still just heading towards 'rubbery' (different times in the ninja foodi but same outcome) Think I shall just have to use the portable induction hob and the frying pan for fried eggs, shame, as would have been nice to be able to get these to work for me. oh well, on to the next experiment LOL
