Very nicely laid out home. If there is one thing I’d have altered with the design, I would have slightly reduced the size of the pool at the one end by the master suit and created more of a lush garden seating area to enjoy the view. For me personally Hawaii is all about the lush vegetation, native plants and tropical feel.

Finally a worthwhile garage. People who can spend 4+ on a home can easily have 3-4 nice cars they want garaged. As far as adding something, I think it might have been interesting to add a second floor over the garage. Inside that second floor: badass theater room ,home gym, and probably enough room for another bedroom facing the water with a balcony.

Oh Mike, I agree. just a stunning home. Right mix of wood, stone tiles color for me. Love it. My only question does it have Photo-voltaic power? If not that would be a add..Outdoor screens for the sun? Other wise, I would simply trick out the yard and stone walls a bit. Add water features?

The pool “sun deck” is called a Baja Shelf and in Hawaiian fashion it needs some Kai water loungers and your set with awesome pool

Nice place, three things I don’t like-bbq area will get too smoky due to overhead roof w/ no vent, too much driveway and no A/C! Three things I like - pool, finished garage floor and overall design of the home with consistent wood trims all around and white walls.

The one thing I would change is the color of the wood. I don't mind the really dark stuff but I really like the lighter color woods. I hate the redder woods, we have seen them for decades here on the mainland.
