1) Would you let a larger filming company continue 863 with you and your team again? 2) If you could turn the key (not an 863 reference) on every single channel that was part of the studio era and have them back to what they were, would you? 3) What happened to MEGADESK? 4) Were the ghost videos all just an elaborate bit or actually real. 5) Were did those GoPros go? I see this video as the last page of a book, its like the ending to Harry Potter, where you can see that everything is good and everyone is happy. (NO the Cursed Child Play doesn't count) Thank you Matt for allowing me to see that creativity is very important regardless of what age you are whether it's you (35 i think) to me just being in Highschool. You've touched so many lives on you many different channels and the impressions you've made are priceless. Thanks again and God Bless you, your family, and all you have employed.

Mad respect, man. The way youtube pushes you into a hole is brutal. It’s a desperate grind of trying to stay relevant and uploading a bunch of content on a consistent basis that you might enjoy making, but if you try to switch things up for some other ideas you have, you will get less money because people expect the same thing out of you over and over again. Hey Matt! Been a fan of yours for around 6-7 years now, you literally made my childhood! So heres some questions I have: 1. What was the reasoning behind the name change from Hi-5 to Spellbound? (You may have answered this in a previous video) 2. What was your favorite moment throughout your youtube career? 3. Do you have plans to appear on Joey's new channel anytime soon? 4. I've been watching you for maybe 10 years now. That was back when I was 7, I'm 17 and almost an adult now, by a few months. I really want to say something profound with some deep reflection on change. Maybe like, no journey has a finish line, just the starting line to something new (cheesy/overused, I know). But I don't think I'm wise enough to make reflections like that, yet. So instead, I want to ask you a somewhat silly question, and if you answer it, hopefully, it will lift you off of some of the more profound questions in these comments. What I want to know is, when writing, how do you start a book/story? It's easy to say that a new journey starts when one ends, but sometimes I feel it's hard to know how to start in the first place. You've made pretty great stories over the past few years and lived a few yourself too. Whether you answer this question literally, or maybe take a figurative approach to it, maybe relating to life, is fine by me (I've struggled at writing books because I start poorly, and I feel lost being just graduated, so any approach on this question helps!). Cheers to the fun times we've all had Matt, and to more to come on the road ahead.

I started watching you when I was in middle school, and I'm 20 now. You made my childhood great, and I am glad I was able to watch all the videos I did. Can't wait to see what comes next

I've been watching for around 6 years now I believe. I want to say thank you for all the videos over the years, they've helped me through some hard times. Though it's sad to see Spellbound go, I completely support you and the team and the decision. You've always been such a big inspiration to me and I can't wait to see where this next chapter of life takes you. I do have some questions! 1. Are you still writing/working on that book you talked about back in 2020? 2. What led you and the team to decide to close down the Studio? 3. What is one of the biggest lessons you've learned through your Hi5/Spellbound journey? 4. Are anymore 863 books in the works? That's all from me! God Bless!!

I've stuck with your channels and you for majority of my life, and so far, I've appreciated and respected everything you have done for me throughout my childhood. You've made me laugh when I was around 10 or so (I am now almost graduating high school). Thank you for all that you've done for all of us and keep being the funny legend you are.

Brother you know you can't do titles like that with lil anxious beans like me 😅 I am really happy for you though. I'm glad that all that stress and the lessons that came from it brought you to a place where you feel more empowered and where you are more supported to do what you want to do. I know our paths haven't been as close recently with all the changes and other factors but I am excited to continue this journey with you and be here to support you through the changes. And yes pls upload here more I like the more personal, just sitting having a nice time content. Support to you all always 🫶

Just to ask, is this why the r/matthiassubmissions subreddit is locked? (Edit: i asked this like the first 10 seconds of the vid, i fr thought you were fully retiring)

There is no reason to have it. With downsizing of the company means moderation can't be easily accessible. So to maintain integrity they are privated till Matt jas the need and time to moderate them.
