Spray Foam. If you read the instructions, it Say's Invert the can then spray. Meaning hold the can upside down for correct use.

Remembered dad taking me to golf, let me drove the golf buggy, had taken home, several times, a prize of whole turkey & meat platters for him who'd done hole-in-one (Ace)... I miss Dad. Today's video too made me remember what my mom said about the kitchen being the heart of the home. Thanks for sharing the lovely design of your planned kitchen. Its nice 👏🏻👍🏻 Did use granite too in my kitchen and had a customized wall size cabinets made from mahogany wood to incorporate my fridge and multi-level pull out pantry too, all painted in white 😊 And lastly, Mommy Kara is looking great. When I'm back home in Australia I play golf 3 or 4 times a week and prefer to play alone. I find it very relaxing (as relaxing as golf gets, anyway) to just hit the ball and take it easy walking between holes. I have a Bluetooth speaker too that I listen to as I walk along, looking out for the wildlife and enjoying time to just think. When I do play with other people it's very different, telling jokes and stories....still fun but I enjoy time by myself best. Renovations looking good.👍

Chuck we would do good playing golf together even though you’re better than myself. Heck I’ve only played like 5 times in my life and 4 in Thailand. I just play for fun and to enjoy the outdoors and will not play with anyone serious.

Hello Chuck and Paige, I hope the remodeling project is going well. I know that your real life remodeling progress is ahead of when you put out the video for your viewers. I don't know what your budget is, but trust me when I tell you that it is worth it to put in a residential elevator in the space next to the stairs well leading to the second floor. I know that an elevator might sounds like it is an un-necessary item now, but years from now, when you and Paige are in your 70s, you will be glad you have that elevator. A residential elevator cost about $30,000 in America, so I imagine it will cost about half as much in Thailand, including installation. It is just a suggestion from my experience with my remodeling project in my own house Chuck, and I'm not telling you what to do. Goodluck with the project what ever you decides to do.

Thanks my friend I had plans to put in an elevator on my original plans when I was going to put an upstairs pool in. However some things are changing and when I'm 70 and pages 62 we probably will be staying downstairs in a remodelled bedroom.

The heat in Thailand can make you lazy. I buy a gym pass in what ever city I am in and go to the gym an hour everyday. Health is wealth.

I have a gym in my home. I used to go every morning for 2 to 4 hours everyday before I retired. Retirement makes a hard life haha

@@notime2bsad I am 67. Retired at 40. I walk 4 blocks to my local gym everyday and put in 60-90 minutes. Home gym usually don't work for most people. Better to get away from your house and be in a gym with others around you all feeding off the energy of each other. Very easy to be lazy in a hot place.

I originally had a couple of pantries and the plan. But you wouldn't believe how overly priced they are. And after contemplating we really didn't store much food to begin with. Dry food anyway but I think we have enough space and some for that. Thank you for watching

Chuck, if you want to improve your golf game... your clubs need to be measured properly, your driver is too long, your iron is too short, that's why you hit the top of the ball. Golf clubs are not one size fits all.

I agree it's not the best looking one. But it's been a golf course probably longer than a buffalo field it was a course back during the Vietnam war on the military base. Anyway it's $4.85 to play nine holes and about 50 bucks for a year membership so hard to complain. For me anyway. Thanks for watching my friend.
