Thank you! Greg, I stopped chanting for almost two years. For years I practiced yet had an underlying belief I was a fraud because I didn't STUDY. All the members in my district were so serious and knowledgeable about different aspects or of Ikeda's words and I didn't! Studying has been my nemesis... hearing your take on knowledge abundance... study is no longer formidable. Keeley, I don't know if you know Greg or not, he gave really excellent guidance, but as he just posted this guidance video today, he probably hasn't had time to check comments yet. I've heard that many women and their lawyers really heartlessly try to tear apart a husband and take everything he owns, especially in California, & maybe if you read all your comments in court in front of the lawyers, your wife/ex-wife and judge, etc., it might help a little, but it sounds like you're becoming completely "unhinged" by all of it and need to Sincerely chant to find a VERY good, VERY sincere psychological counselor to see every day for a bit, before you blow a gasket or something. First things first, it seems from what you said, nailing down the essential points of the divorce you're describing by a highly qualified, highly praised counselor and lawyer, getting your head screwed back on properly to do YOUR VERY BEST for the next while, meanwhile having faith that you deserve very good outcomes in your life and making a clear target and proper goals and actions to achieve it, from here on out. I will say one thing, getting up early enough to do your favorite sport for at least 1 hour plus some other exercise that teaches posture and balance control like modern dance, as well as sincere chanting for everything you'd like, as soon as possible every single day, your will start your day out feeling so great, you'll be able to plan and act on your best choices of what you want, like Greg is beautifully explaining in this video! Best wishes to you. If on the other hand, you're some kind of MK-Altered ticking time bomb, about to go off at any moment, I'd advise either getting as far away from everyone, as possible, or right next to someone you know is truely evil, and then with a fully charged cellphone, try to talk to the best, qualified psychological counselors to get your heart and head reprogrammed to a constructive state, before you actually blow a gasket. I'm confused. Please help me understand. You say you are a Buddhist. You give guidance here to help SGI members with their practice and you have posted the Best Daimoku & Gongyo recitation videos and yet there is a decorated Christmas Tree I can see in the background. Do you live with Christians or is it just because Old Habits & connections are hard to break? Are you unable to make a clean break with your Christian upbringing?
