Biggest & fastest impact you could have is go after chemical and food companies. Pollution = Endocrine disruption, history will see this as clear as day. Diminishing Wealth Divide = Better health for all A serious note about making all countries healthy again: 1. Would be politically to get into advisory position, I am still Trump skeptic but his health advisor choice seemed like a decent person? Hard to tell from media but he seems like he wants to enact good change? 2. Sue chemical and food companies over chemicals and ingredients based on proven toxicity. From the UK looking in, it is criminal what is being a made and leaked into the environment, and even worse, purposely put in your food. 3. Make corporate manslaughter something that is aggressively targeted, it should be illegal for CEOs actions to lead to death if the risk of death is known about, that should be a crime as serious as murder.

I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

Don't Die resonates with me, because my atheist hubby's response to pedantic lunatics regarding going to hell is "I don't plan on dying". So far he's avoided it 5 times, so it's a good plan as far as I'm concerned. Until we're dead, let's just not die.

America has never been healthy to begin with. In fact, in general, people have never really been healthy during history. Whether it be due to malnutrition caused by poverty, or due to diseases the contemporary medicine couldn't do much about apart from bloodletting and praying the disease would just go away. But the desire to make America healthy now is a great one, and I personally support it wholeheartedly. Brian is doing a great service to us all, so thank you man.

@barbarafairbanks45785 сағат бұрын
@DanT-iu6oc Let us not forget that Bryan is not a 'nattie'. Meaning that he does - or has periodically - supplemented exogenous T, into his protocol. As well as...all the extra high-tech health modalities (including periodic, and regular, youth plasma transfusions) that are regularly available to him. None (or little of which) the common, everyday Human Being has access to. What we DO have access to is all of the dedication we ourselves can muster (to a strict health & diet protocol & lifestyle) plus all the consistent daily physical work that Bryan does - day in/day out. THAT part is (more or less) free to us, for the asking. I say 'more or less' because one factor we must take into consideration is time subtracted from our dedication to our own protocol - to actually have to earn a living. There is a pretty hefty subtraction of time there -that takes away from our dedication to Not Die vs. Bryan's version. This is not to say that Bryan is in any way 'fake' or phony, or disingenuous, nor is he trying to scam anyone. He is, however, privileged in a way that we are not. Let's not forget, or negate, that fact.

3:34 struck a chord with me for sure; "How are we not going to destroy ourselves." I've spent the better part of the past 10 years bouncing back and forth between hope and despair over this very issue. And as time went on and I saw humanity as a whole making more and more self-destructive choices all around the world the despair was starting to win. Don't Die has definitely been a breath of fresh air that has renewed my hope. I am guardedly hopeful (because we all know bad actors will appear and that they're very good at twisting and distorting ideas until they're unrecognizable and cause confusion), but still very much hopeful that this idea will finally be the one to tip the scales in the other direction and allow humanity to change course before it's too late. I hope that this idea does catch on in all the right ways and that it will finally be the tipping point that gets us all to stop destroying ourselves, stop destroying each other and stop destroying our planet. So thank you for promoting the message of Don't Die Bryan, we appreciate you for it. 💪 And thanks for sharing a little bit of the SF Summit with us, glad to see that it went well! 🥳🎉 Also, as a final side note, I can actually believe that statement (the title of the video) coming from Bryan rather than coming from the complete posers going into office a month from now lol.

With declining birth rates, this could be the solution to the population decline. If people live longer they have more time to also work, filling out the missing labour. That will benefit society but also help everyone build up more wealth that can be spend on society. Most people use their entire work life to pay off the mortgage of their house. Imagine having extra 20-50 years where you could work and have that extra money to spend, because you are debt free. It’s a win win.

hi, you probably won't see it but I'll try anyway. I'm Daniel, 22, from Germany and I want to live my "best" life. I don't care if I make a lot of money or not, it's just important to me that I pursue something and work for something that fulfills me. Unfortunately, that's not so easy when you're still in training, don't have much money and don't get much help from your family. I really want to work for myself on my goals and dreams but I really don't know how. I don't earn much as a trainee in a small company yet, but even when I've finished my training or continue with my studies afterwards, what I'm doing is actually more of a plan B. I wouldn't necessarily say that I hate it but it's just what I do for money. I really try to see everything positively and am constantly working on myself and your videos are a huge help. I want to know how a person in my situation would carry on, because it's not perfect, exactly what I really want to do and I can't get the best out of myself right now. Thank you for your great videos btw ;)

@@antoniovalencia2948no their intention is making necessary care available for trans people so that they are healthy and safe. You "freedom fighters" seem to be against their freedom🤔.

Bryan goes off of science, Kennedy goes of nonsense. Sometimes he is kinda right but 90% of what he says is lunatic crazy

The real miracle is how many ways humanity has managed to reinvent the very simple advice to exercise and eat well. It’s a good message of course, but like… this isn’t some kind of revolutionary movement akin to the moon landing. Did this guy just discover health and fitness? What am I missing?

Guilty. 😑 One more page in a book, one more vid, the end of the movie I started watching too late (despite the fact that I can pause it for later), and then there's the random screaming drug addict still roaming the street at 3 am. 🙄 'Paranoimia' is my life theme song.

If there is one thing Americans can agree on, it's that we want money. I wish we all cared about health, but the majority absolutely do not.
