Heart rate above 180 bpm is absolutely WILD dude. I take ADHD meds that raised mine. One day I mixed caffeine in by accident, mine peaked at 164 and I felt like I was gonna die, lol. Knowing how intense that feels, you have my respect for being able to deal with something like that on even a semi-regular basis.

Oh when I saw the title of the video I thought it was gonna be something way more "disgusting" like you have some congenital anatomical defect, like a hole in the septum or a valve not working properly. This still sucks though. I dont know how much research you did on this yourself (you might very well know more about it than me), but Im a medical student and while I dont know much there are a few things "out of textbooks" that I found interesting: Im really surprised beta blockers didnt help, since substances like adrenaline and noradrenaline (which I assume kick off your SVT when you are in physical activity) affect the "supraventricular" part of the heart much more than the ventricular part Im glad its actually getting better as youre growing up, I could be wrong here but did you check some hormone levels and stuff like that while you were at the doctor for this? Because for example potassium levels, or other electrolytes in general, can mess with your heart irritability and they are regulated in large part by hormones, which couldve been off when you were younger Also if you havent you might wanna check out how to do some vagal maneuvers (like carotid sinus massage but there are others too), ie stimulate the parasympathetic effect on the heart. I think this can work very well to stop SVT and its especially safe since youre young and there is no risk of some plaque in the arteries breaking off and going to your brain. I mean you probably learned to do this to some extent by calming down as you said in the video Ofc dont take anything I said like its from a medical professional since Im like 2nd year of uni in a six year program XD, also I found you channel through the AI video but then kinda started enjoying the older Halo and game development ones, you deffo deserve more views

It's interesting hearing about other people's medical conditions and their stories, I have addinson's disease which I was diagnosed with about 3 weeks ago now and it was weird because I never had any medical issues but I had an adrenal attack and tried to sleep it off (DO NOT RECOMMEND) but went to hospital and the hospital was amazing, lovely people and surprisingly really good food (Especially the toast) but now I am here to take steroids for the rest of my life 🫡 P.S. feels good to be in the UK after that experience, no big bill for me!

Being in the UK is a blessing when it comes to medical things, I've calculated my cost without the NHS and I'd be 6 figures in debt without them! And yes, the food is surprisingly good sometimes haha
