I Was Hired By A Public Park To Take Out These Massive Iguanas. Today was one for the books. Lance, Otto, and I had a great day taking out these invasive iguanas and Egyptian goose. We started off slow but really pulled through in the end and got some real monsters out of the park. They're pleased with the work we did and I'm happy we got the job done.

Man, I LOVE the "banana spiders" ! All of the orb weavers are my favorite species but the Golden Orb Weaver-/Banana Spider N. clavipes, Banded Orb Weaver- Argiope Trifasciata and Garden Spider-Argiope Aurantia especially is my MOST favorite . VERY WELL DONE on slaying the Iguanas guys!!!! LOVE IT!!!

Might look that way in edited videos, but it’s definitely more stressful, and probably less rewarding, than it looks. The dog training requires hundreds of dedicated hours, and then you put your dog in harm’s way during every single hunt. You then routinely handle species that carry known parasites and infectious bacteria. You can’t just leave your kills behind and you can’t just throw them in the trash or the woods. Carcasses have to be either dropped off at one of the State’s official sites, or communicated by video conferencing with a wildlife officer before destroying the carcasses. Then, if you really want to make money from your work, you gotta strip the carcasses, tan the leather, and craft the leather into something people actually want to buy, and when that’s done, cut/edit/produce KZbin content. Not saying it can’t be a fun job, but it is absolutely a ton of work.
