Morning Danno! Pro tip, if you can't eat your bread right away, freeze it! It thaws incredibly well if you don't let it go so long that it gets freezer burnt.

Glad you made it to Meijer. This is the second week for the 7 for 7 sale. I went last week between snow storms and got 7 of the Idahoan potatoes…among other things…I plan to go back later this week and may buy some more. My store was out of the bagged potatoes last week. I’m hoping they will some this week. I’m annoyed you have to get 2 loaves of bread to get the sale price. I live alone and my freezer is pretty small. I don’t have the room to freeze a loaf of bread. You and Jess should do one of your budget meal challenges. Between the 7/7 deals and the 99cent/lb drumsticks, you could definitely make a nice meal for 2 for less than $10-$15 and still have leftover drumsticks. Thanks for showing the awesome deals at Meijer this week!

Looks like it is time for a fresh veggie soup shopping day at Meijer. In Cincinnati, Simply Limeade is MIA at all stores for several weeks and Simply lemonade is very low stock, looks the same at Meijer. Can you check it out on your next trip to Kroger or other stores, please? Thank you.

Careful on some cuts of the sale beef. You can cook for days and it will still be tough. We tried Meijer butt ham the last holidays. We loved them! Lots of tasty meat and little bone. We don’t make soup,so no need.We don’t care for spiral sliced.
