Regarding your Mangoe tree. To let this bear fruit. Cut the end of each branch abt 1 ft. from the top. To let the mangoes tree create flowers at least 10 mos. or so to start bear it flowers..

Life is good and many super people stopping by...Garden is looking good, happy for the two of you...Memories indeed... Can't wait to get over there myself... Departure is getting closer...Stopover in Thailand for 2 months, targeting end of July to arrive... Will get sorted with SRRV and LLC opened, a small house project to get underway, then a jaunt to see some of the islands and people I've gotten to know via KZbin and in travels... There is a hack to extend the life of a ripe banana. When the banana is already ripe, put the whole hand of bananas in the ref. The life of the bananas will be extended for a week.

Hey James, This was truly a fun light post. I have been watching you from the start and commented several times over the years that my wife and i were coming to retire in the Philippines. Well, we are here and building now. I learned more from your videos than I could ever comment on. A big thank you is in order. Take a look at my construction videos simply listed as Kim Merrill. Texas retiree building in the Philippines. Currently there are about five updates following the build. I don't narrate like you and the quality is not like yours but you can certainly see the construction. One day I very much want to talk to you and share my similar stories about the trials and tribulations encountered with the build. But man what a gratifying experience building in this paradise. Avocados do not grow true from seed, meaning the fruit from that tree will taste nothing like the fruit you took the seed from. Grafted avocado trees are the only way to ensure quality. Just a heads up!
