Perfect little project bike ride there. So many upgrades that would be easy to do to make this thing even more insane. Lights speakers seat rear wheel extension and upgrade suspension with slightly larger wheels and an extra battery and LFG!

the stability mentioned when using it one handed isn't entirely because of the low center of gravity, it's probably mostly because of the slack head angle of the fork

If you're wondering why it's more stable than a scooter, it has to do with the head tube angle, basically if setup in a similar manner to a bike, it will be self stabilizing. Scooter's don't have that angle generally, so require a separate mechanism (springs and dampers) to get a similar effect.

I built an all terrain electric mountain board with go-kart chains for the drive because of the torque. PEVs are a great way to cut down on local travel costs plus they are a ton of fun to play with. Even managed to get a warning for too high of speed on our local bike trail

Thanks Jimmy! I rode with Law on the weekend he picked it up at Alienrides. He rode it on the group ride and it was weird not seeing him on an EUC. The Extreme Bull is such a fun PEV to ride. Everyone should at least try it once.

1. Add a removable suspension bike seat and extendable handlebars so you can sit up higher if you want. 2. Give it security like most e-bikes and scooters have so you can park it. 3. Bright lights, turn signals etc. this thing would sell like crazy especially if it can be made street legal.

Lights, turn sig, mirrors, horn, brake light… should be enough to make it a “scooter”. Not sure about the speed requirements though. I just remember for moped qualification (and thus no special license) gas powered had to be below 50cc engine, electric powered got no idea. I had a tiny little “pit bike” ready to go then stupid state govt started requiring special moped licenses/plates and suddenly my little project wasn’t legal anymore.

Your neighborhood has really nice, new streets. My main concern would be going at speed into an area where the pavement quality is otherwise. The tiny wheels are needed to get the best torque response, as I understand it. Hopefully the chassis is designed to take a scrape or a bounce without departing from control.

The range of the gt is 55 miles . the range of the first version Nami was 53.8 miles when both had a 2520wh battery the 2nd version Nami e2 max has a smaller 2304 wh battery a difference of 216wh the e2 Nami with a 2018wh gets 49.1 miles I’d expect the 2nd version e2 max to get right around 51.4 +- miles . Still given the namis acceleration I opted for the Nami . Anything after 40 miles becomes extremely tiring making your legs and feet sore for a few days if you need to go further than 50 miles for some reason . you can configure it to go into eco mode at a set percentage of battery remaining out of the box it’s set at 30% on the Nami it’s only good for around 9mph but it does beat pushing a 100+lb scooter for miles . These scooters are more like boat anchors when not under their own power . alternatively you can just ride a bit slower the nani will do close to 90 miles if you have the self control to limit your speed to 18mph . None of these scooters runs as fast or as hard when the charge levels drop to about 80% their isn’t much difference. for each 20 % drop the power& top speeds drops noticeably at below 40% they are still relatively powerful they are nothing like they are at full charge the WK GT is a bit faster top speed 61 mph vs the Nami at 58.8 A small difference that would come down to which scooter had the higher charge . acceleration likewise is close also coming down to which scooter had the highest remaining charge . Both are very fast machines coming down to what you plan on doing with it for a mostly off road use Id pick the Gt as it’s a bit shorter wheelbase allowing for better maneuverability.as well as the dual stem .

Only the front wheel is slipping. When I stand on my electric scooter mi365 at the rear wheel, the front wheel also slips. It's the same on this bike. He's sitting on the back wheel.

This thing is cool but with the current US car culture moving towards larger front ends on pickup trucks and everyone and their mothers buying SUVs instead of sedan I would not feel safe bringing this on most roads. In other countries, I could see this thing being sweet.

Too dangerous to ride in traffic as its too low to the ground and makes you invisible when close to large SUVs ... particularly dangerous stopped at lights where the SUV behind you might not be aware you are there and you get mowed down. Other than this problem, it looks like fun.

Of course someone who is poor is going to complain illogically about investments. It costs less than 5 dollars per year to ride this thing. They last years. No maintenance other than break pads and the occasional tube. This model is a bit unorthodox, but other companies make plenty of other PEVs that are actually faster, more stable, more practical for HALF the price. I'm speaking generally about electric personalized vehicles as a whole. Unless you're carrying groceries literally all day everyday, a car is useless, clumsily big, and just plain slow either acceleration. It's like being stuck behind a turtle when we reach a red light.
