I think the reason Jenkin’s gets so surprised by some of the plays is because he’s so much higher he’s not used to it. Yeah things in herald/guardian don’t happen as much as in higher ranks but they act so surprised when people do things (like pull lane) at all.

I had this match where I played as slark (in herald obv) and had a techies enemy. We were dominating the enemy team, and one time I had to go back to base because I had no mana, I literally pounced on a minefield (not the sign) and died. That death sold the game and we lost. I started playing techies and saw how satisfying it is to put down mines and get kills with it, and some good laugh. Then, whenever I see Techies, I actually lock phantom lancer (even when I'm countered by an ES or Ember,) max my doppleganger, spam it, and send the strong illusion to a suspected minefield (not the skill) because I want to rob the techies player of the satisfaction of killing someone with their mines. I also want to waste their hard work hehehe
