Critical Drinker put it best when he said watching this movie was like running into an old bully who made your life hell, and the bully is like covered in their own piss and has clearly failed at every major aspect of life. You think you’d feel a savage sense of satisfaction or something, but you’re just left with a lingering feeling of pity and sadness that something once so powerful has fallen so incredibly hard

Keep in mind, ladies & gents, this movie was "written" by "professional screen writers", who got paid for this. The same people, who were on strike for months and demanded more pay and that the studios won´t use AI programs like ChatGPT in order to replace them. The absolute state of Hollywood....

Yeah but this is a universe where most regular citizens don’t have access to space ships I assume and whole space stations have a shortage of escape ships which to me seems like a titanic oversight. Seems a little entitled to call it a hoopty if ya ask me. Edit: ah ok he said active so maybe there were enough escape pods but something happened IDK but still major major oversight issue. I’ve also realized that a shortage of escape pods was also in the movie Spaceballs. 😂

Ill say this too. They need to have more at stake in these movies. While I was watching it I couldn't help but remember the time Tony stark was trapped in a cave and dying, where Peter parker was being crushed by a building, Where Thor went to accept his death against the destroyer as he had his powers stripped, as Captain America sacrificed himself to save large American cities from nuclear annihilation, and Hulk casting himself out into space to save his fellow man from his uncontrollable rage. The Marvels is a bunch of girls scratching at each other until the movie is over. Someone needs to die, get maimed, lose their family, experience trauma. Its a bullshit movie that Marvel spent a fortune on, for no reason.

It took me a second, but that stupid singing planet reminds me of an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Before the movie (12 to the Moon) they watched a short called Design for Dreaming. The woman in it kept dancing and singing the entire time. Later during a host segment, Nuveena, woman of the future, shows up always dancing and communicating through singing. Mike has to sing to talk to her. She says she's going to take Mike and the Bots to the future, but she treats the Bots like appliances, so Mike tells her to go away. She finally stops singing so she can snap at him.

You know, Ben Grimm's girlfriend Alicia's perspective. Who is famously blind. THAT Alicia. We saw what she would be seeing. If she wasn't blind. That's the shot they went with.

But have the rules been clearly established? Is every instance of them using their powers at the same time followed by them switching places? Is every instance of them switching places preceeded by them using their powers at the same time? Are the rules for who swaps places with who clearly established and followed? From what I've seen, they didn't seem to be.

Haha I haven’t seen it,probably not going too, but I actually have no problem with the octopus-cats swallowing ppl into their pocket dimensions to be able to fit everybody. That’s been used in a lot of stuff

This movie is indeed terrible, but the thing that annoys me about all these reviewers is when they don't understand the position swapping. The movie litteraly says they only swap when two people use their powers at the same time. And THEY SHOW IT IN THE TRAINING MONTAGE. Other than that, yea I agree with everything

Yeah, the Lego Marvels set has 420 parts and retails for like $100 USD, for reference LEGO's model of the Tallneck (Horizon) had 1200ish parts and retailed for I believe $80 USD. having a 400 part set any higher than $50 USD is considered by myself and many to be expensive... I don't how this happened

I do like cats...but not when they are crossbred with octopi. The rest of the movie? I suffer from dementia so...looking forward what you can recommend.

The fact that this was supposed to come before Secret Invasion and they couldn't even bother to fix the skrull situation so it didn't look like a plot hole tells all we need to know about this BS.

Jonny thank you for your sacrifice, this is enough for me to know about the film so as not to watch it. I used to be a huge Marvel fan, long before the MCU, and they have Hooptied everything up to such a degree it is absolutely unwatchable. I avoid everything made by Disney today... Such shame
