There's plenty of guys trying to fit workouts into their busy week but they just don't what workouts to do. Today's video fixes all that. As a busy dad, husband and business owner these are the exact type of workouts I do. They'll work great for beginners too if you follow the instructions I give you in the video.

Being a busy dad, I've been trying to get back into exercising and this video will help me a lot! I love the messaging that you deliver in terms of "just get it done" doesn't have to be perfect. When I think back to previous times where I've gotten started and then stopped again, it was because I was too caught up on doing EVERYTHING I was "supposed" to do in in one workout, and would get discouraged if I couldn't achieve that! Thanks for the reminder that I no longer have the time that I might have when I was younger AND THAT'S OK!!!!!! Subscribed for future content!

I like your video a lot. I think it might work out for me. It’s definitely motivating me to do this. I’m a truck driver. I’m 44 years old and I used to work out by myself and now I can’t find my place anymore. I like how you’re doing with your talking actually like you’re my trainer so I’m definitely going to try your three day workout session because I have a busy schedule too with my family

This workout is ideal for me getting back to the gym. Any advice for repairing bicep tendonitis? I've been out for about 6 months? I'm going to try this workout with some Hillwalking to shift excess weight 💪 🙏

I found super setting glute ham raises and then leg curls best for blowing up hamstrings. I got the 6 in 1 Kabukki Transformer bar for quads and Squat Max MD belt squat and added about 3 inches to lower legs but had huge imbalance with weak hamstrings. Now my weaknesses is calves, forearms (doing farmers walks and heavy 75lb rucks for calves and is working.

I fast I’ve been fasting for 24 HR’s ! I’m hoping that helps me get lean! I was down to 160& running up to 16 miles! Running half marathon ls! Then i needed hip surgery! I gained some weight again! I’m around 190!

Love the longer videos, and although a female I feel like all of these exercises that you do apply to anyone, maybe weight and reps would be different but exercise would be the same.

It looks pretty good for someone over 40 who needs some basics to get back in the gym. I don't get the sit on an exercise bike and warm up with a cycle before chest. I know it's some warm up heart rate stuff but nobody who's a serious lifter is gonna do it for long. Just go to the weights.

good stuff. For barbell lifts I go to what I call my "first or 2nd grind" the rep that's high effort really slow but still able to maintain form at that point I stop the set this way I don't need to worry about the number of reps 😇

Nice workouts lifting weights works I got home gym last October and weighed 272 now 235 and probably gained at least 5lbs of muscle and feel so much better. I tend to do chest/shoulder/triceps and legs/back/biceps every other day so hit all muscles two times per week. At 53 and since dieting one workout per week is heavy and the other is more volume lower weights, higher reps lets me still make gains while dieting. I tend to fast 20 hours a day except after heavy workouts eat some hydrolyzed whey and steak/chicken after workout recovery improved a lot.

Do you believe in the theory that you can have lazy glutes, meaning that your glutes are not activated during traditional glute exercises and you need to do warm-up exercises to train your glutes to be active during exercises like box step-ups? If so, what glute activation exercises do you recommend?

my problem is the gym is super busy when i go in and the machines i see in these videos are all taken. but you saying i can use a dumbell in the same movement helps me as i just got a set of 25 lb dumbbells for the house to lift. starting at 381 and currently down to 365 (been going a month now)

Do you know anything about working out with high blood pressure? I have really high blood pressure and I am on 4 tabs/day to keep it a high normal range, the problem I have is I get dizzy after every intense set, and i Like to superset, so i get dizzy twice, makes walking to the next machine a fit dodgy lol, I spoke to my doctor about it and she just said do cardio instead or don't go as hard :/

Hey man, I used to have very high BP too. Have you had a complete blood workup? If not get it done ASAP. You may have to go to a functional medicine doc. I was able to get mine down by adding in much more zone 2 (3 hrs per week) with HIIT 2-3x per week. I would x the supersets and make sure you are taking at least 3 min between sets so your body can recover better. Also make sure you are getting sufficient Magnesium daily. 325 mg minimum. Hope this helps.

The workout will help for sure, but to say I lost 20 lbs in two weeks doing this workout is insane without giving a full view of what’s involved in losing that much weight in 2 months. That’s 2.5lbs a week. That’s over 7k calorie deficit a week. He would have to say I did this workout 7 days a week and each workout will burn over 1k calories per workout. Maybe it’s just a click bait title because there will be a lot of disappointed people if they try this and don’t have that kind of deficit built in.

I beg to differ… if someone if looking for this basic of info then they are likely not moving much. Doing this workout consistently with a change in diet will result in loss of weight

​@@JosiahFitness I try hard every day -- two hours of physical training, some of it hard. I'm "doing the work", as you say. That makes a slight contribution to weight loss, but the heavy lifting (if you will) is done in the kitchen. It has always been that way, and everyone with any knowledge of health and fitness knows it. To lose weight you have to restrict calories, and it is very difficult or usually impossible to out-exercise excess calories. My only point had to do with the misleading title. As I said: "Workouts described will not result in loss of weight", and that is true. Sorry you seem to be unable to grasp that truth.

Exactly, you can try all you’d like you ain’t losing 20lbs in 2 months by doing this workout. No matter what you do if you don’t get into a major calorie deficit this is impossible. 2.5 lbs a week is more than a 7000 calorie deficit a week.
