Hi, Kristina how are you? Rome is one of the beautiful cities in Europe!!! The hand-made, freshly cooked pasta looks really mouthwatering and tasty 😊Wow, the hotel interior looks amazingly beautiful, and every detail is nicely placed & organized. I feel the great thing about Italy and Italian interior architecture, the mix of older buildings and modern furniture creates simplicity. Wherever you go, you'll never missed Asian foods, yes eating & craving some noodles 😋 Thanks for sharing your trip and tour to Roma!!! Keep posted, Happy Holiday Season and Cheers 👍

As much as I want to give marathon a try right now, I couldn't because of the cold weather! Or do you have any recos on what (or brands) to wear to keep yourself warm if running during winter? Thanks a lot!

I love winter running more than summer!! You just need the right gear. You definitely need an ear warmer and gloves. I like Lululemon’s run for it all ear warmer. I don’t have a specific glove brand that I like. And look up fleece lined leggings/long sleeves. Vest or jacket if it’s super cold (like 30s)!

yes I was like 90% plant based for a few years! Not anymore but I’m not like a huge meat lover so I probably still eat less meat than average
