This year I wanted to try something different about getting healthy and losing weight. I make the same New Years Resolution but I end up quitting every time I run out of time or don't see the results that I want. I always got frustrated with myself and my body. Every month I do something different and try to figure out what works best for me and my body since it's been harder for me to lose weight. I started January off by controlling what I eat and how much I eat. Food control had always been a problem for me and I wanted to make sure that I had it under control before I could start working out (proud to say that I lost 9 pounds that month without exercising). February was the month that I was going to start working out. I wanted to start out easy just so I can get into the habit of doing something physical for 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. My goal was accomplished and I can now move on and do something a little bit more intense.

Don’t give up. I agree, have someone walk with you or you could do some exercises in your home. I think drinking more water and less sodas may also help. Can’t wait to see your progress.

@@princessletty2011 Soda is not good but if you want a drink with bubble try drinking flavor seltzer water which I love.

I walk all of the time but mostly because I do not drive and take the bus usually if my boyfriend is not around to drive me. I have been checking my health app on my iPhone and for an entire day I usually walk around 10,000 steps but I can do much more than that and in an entire day the most that I have walked is 23,000 steps. People are super shocked when I tell them this but it does not seem to be helping me loose weight but regardless I keep walking because it's a good time for me to think about things and listen to music.

Walking is great physically as well as mentally, but don't make up with 90 minutes. just go back to 30 when you can.. Bill
