Unfortunately I’ve had issues with pmdd. The pill and low dose ssri’s have helped immensely. Of course there are other options with a naturopath, but a naturopath in the long term worked out more expensive w herbal formulas and such. I wish naturopaths were recognised by private health providers and Medicare .
