Hey Danny. Don't get longer risers, mate. The bolts in them have been known to break due to stress. I know ppl this has happened to. BJ was able to roll to a stop after both bolts in his risers snapped off. You won't be disappointed with ape hangers they give you equivalent to power steering. Stay upright, mate. Ps. I reckon that cop pulled you over for asking for a soy latte at Sturgis. That's a crime in itself 🤣

Hey Danny I had placed 14” LA Choppers Prime Ape Hanger Bars on the 4” stock risers when I purchased my Low Rider ST last year.. I rode over 500 miles within a couple of months and they felt awesome and were super comfortable for me I loved em. (Plot Twist) As comfortable as they were I got so much hate from other riders and other riders on social media Instagram profiles who trashed my bike on line.. So much hate I was freaking out..I was heart broken by all the negative comments and the more I looked at my bike the more awkward it began to look.. I decided to change the risers to 9.5” t-bar set with high bend bars.. Honestly the ride still feels super comfortable and the t-bars set up makes it look much much better.. I am happy 😅..Wish you the best in your final set up decision and love your channel Thank you for being part of the motorcycle culture.. Joe in Texas

I appreciate this post. Just based on the look, I would try 6.5 pullback risers with a mid-bend bar. The pullback rises will give you that comfortability you are seeking. If you are shorter than 5'10 maybe the 9.5 inch pullback risers will work better. Just a thought based on trying several different looks and feels and some other riders that are like 5"6-7. They like the 6.5 pullbacks. Enjoy your journey and stay safe out their.

Yes, shorter risers taller bars would be what I'd want but hey, this is purely from the riders perspective coz the screen hides the risers from view by other road users so it doesn't really matter the main question here is "Do the risers obscure any instruments?" Very short risers and longer apes would create a bigger gap between the bars.👍
