The real reason Bigweld stepped down isn't because of the dominoes. It's because Rachet and Madam Gasket convinced him he was to outmoded to run the company anymore. And he tells Rodney as much. Rachet only mentioned the dominoes to try and distract him. I hope that helps.

Yeah, Rachet did mentioned the dominoes when he returned. Also, it surprises me how most people don’t pay close attention to the details or, at least, the dialogue when the exposition is the most important part in any form of storytelling. Oh well, I’m glad that we’re in the same team, Dan. More or less. 😉

Singin' in the Rain is indeed a movie (from 1952) and it is about actors (and studios) dealing with the transition from silent films to talking films in the 1920's. It is a fun charming little movie.

As a french, I have to admit it's one of the rare movies where I prefer the french canadian version. And that's a shame, because in the french version, Mrs Gasket is voiced by a man considered as the boss of the french Disney voice acting

I originally watched this movie because I couldn't pass up anything that had both Robin Williams and Mel Brooks. I wasn't expecting much other than that. In the two or three dozen viewings since then, I still haven't found the disappointing aspect. But I will continue to look for it again, and again, and again... 😉
