I mean it also has the Munny, Energy and D-Link Magnets so it technically does both sides of the spectrum

they just straight up don’t give you magnets that work quite the same in DDD. best you really get is black hole which is just magnega but without being immediately actionable after you cast it. fortunately the balloon spells had my back and were a suitable analogue for mine spells from bbs

@@logandunlap9156 Yeah, DDD is one of my favorites but the magnet moves in that game were awful. Thankfully KH3 gives you Aero, which is just Magnet but better in every way

It's almost like the flaws show when fighting bosses??? The commands are fine on mobs but are useless on bosses, I swear people don't know what they even are arguing, just say random shit.

@@sassysapphire9217 it really is, its meteor but sooooo much better. press triangle and the screen is clean of all the filth. can one shot three waves of late game enemies one after the other with a single use.

@@sassysapphire9217 its also in dream drop distance and its just as juicy. just to note bosses have about a 95% resistance to these mob clearing spells. also it scales of the magic stat obviously but barely at all it just has extremely high base damage, level 99 aqua will do a few more pixels of damage than level 1 terra and ventus, and its works the exact same in ddd. its even in re:coded but it isnt nearly as spammable as in the other games. as i said bosses are nearly immune from those and will only take a few pixels of damage but no regular unversed in this game doesnt get one shot, im not even kidding anything that isnt a boss gets one shot three times over. magnega is completely useless here as the range is ABSURD and you would have to be across the map to miss the enemy, and even then the fire ball wich is the prelude to megaflare auto aims on the enemies so the ball has to hit the ground because you are to far away somehow wich happens so fast that the ball probably exploded before you can see it. you can use this spell everyday and still never realise that the actual explosion is caused by a big floating speeding fire bomb that explodes anything that it comes in contact with but its extremely rare to see, thats just how fast the move is, you dont even get to see what caused it. you can also get it in bbs pretty early from the command board. also one last fun fact: if you use this agaisnt mysterious figure (the ultimate superboss) he comedically jumps behind you and rails you from behind. the fact that the developpers put in a counter to a move that he takes almost no damage from is ridiculous and really funny.

You can even get Ars Arcanum really early for Ventus, so long as your RNG is good.

There's a reason why, on my latest run of Ventus's Critical Mode story... I havent left the beginning mines. Ive been grinding Aero for Aeroga, Magnega, and Zero Graviga for a while now, lol. Thst combo, when you dont have thunder yet? Is busted.

This is why at least one Magnet and/or Zero Gravity always get added to my deck for any character's playthrough. They so effortlessly let you nullify the entire battle field and you're left being able to tear the enemies to shreds with whatever else you have on you, especially at their -ga tier. If I'm really feeling like being malicious I'll focus my whole deck around it. Magnet/Zero Gravity, devastating follow up command. Rinse and repeat with the remaining command slots and going on as long as need be looping through the deck.
