Thank you! Avg for the race was 187. I typically easy run at 176-178. I used to run at like 160 in high school and had to force myself to switch eventually to take pressure off the knees and increase my efficiency. Well worth the awkward adjustment period

Haha yeah it’s an easy trap to get into. I spent the early stages of this build and most of the summer avoiding super shoes to make my legs stronger, but I’m seeing a lot of benefit in doing marathon pace work in them now to lock into the rhythm I’ll need to race at
