Congrats... My cousin has just 2 kids. And she died during both of her deliveries. It was only thanks to the doctors that she survived. And you know what she gets told all the time? I'll quote " Oh, but every pregnancy and delivery is so different... the third time is a charm! " Yeah, give yourself a third chance to die in the delivery room. I'm happy that you have a big family and that everything turned out okay for your mom and family. But that is not the case for so many other families... Every body is different. What one person can easily eat, another can die from. The same goes for pregnancies - it's a risk that a woman should be consenting to. Not forced.

The great thing is that if a state has a draconian abortion law, all a woman has to do is travel to a state with a more progressive abortion law. A bus ticket will work. They determined that abortion or abortive procedures was not constitutionally protected, and the old Roe decision was based on politics rather than the constitution. Therefore, the court overturned this decision, allowing the states to craft their own abortion and aborted procedure all legislation as they saw fit. The second amendment guarantees the rights of the individual to possess a firearm, and this rights shall not be rescinded. It is important to understand that the founders believed the right to possess a firearm was so important that they made it second only to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom to address grievances. Interesting also is the positioning of the second amendment in relationship to the third amendment. Concerning states rights, the constitution also address this issue. You might wish to study the constitution and great detail. So, rather than being right, you are not exactly correct in your assessment.
