This is actually the recommendation of the manufacturers if you are experiencing connectivity issues or dropouts. Hi Mike, great videos! I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

What’s up, hoping you can help here. I’ve got the 5.0 auto pairing model of the i12’s, and there seems to be an issue with the left earbud charging. When I put them in the case the right one will have the red LED visible in the case, but the left one will only light up if I put pressure on it to hold it down or if it’s left lying a certain way while charging. Just hoping to find some sort of fix for this since google seems to have nothing useful

For people who have bought these and have issues with one earbud not turning on. These have touch sensitivity to them, meaning that you can touch the bud and change the song and other things. Now with that being said the earbud not turning on maybe because you turned them off accidentally by touching the earbud while removing it from the case. You simply will just have to turn them back on by touching the area between the like speaker whole on the side and the LED whole,(as I’ll call it).

Hi Mike, I just gotten these inpods 2 days ago it's in the macaron pastel colours version. Both sides of the inpods are in working condition. Only problem is that they won't pair and sync tgt. So only one side (either the left or right) will be paired to my device and the other side is able to be paired to another device as well. i20 is a totally different device and probably will need to reset by letting the pods go completely flat then recharging and take care to clean all the contact points

Hello this video might've been uploaded a while ago but i still wanna ask how to fix this problem i've had. When I long press my right earpud for it to head forward to my music it wouldn't do taht but instead it switched to my recent music I've listened to and with my left earbud it would do the opposite of what it should do and would go forward instead of the going back. I have some problen with the left earpod, it has a weird volune adjustment, for example if i lay on my right side, the volume will be decreased or often times just off as if muted, but if i lay on my left side, it returns to normal. I have a question, mine have some pairing issues, the buds not always pair up with each other but they work after I try. However, I tried to reset as you showed but when the buds are in the charging box and I press the button the charging red led goes on on both but they never say POWER ON in the box, so I couldn't get to do the reset thing. Hello! I’m having major issues with my i12 AirPods. I have the same brand you have, but for some reason the right AirPod is messing up badly. When they’re both connected to my phone and I play music, the right AirPod will trigger voice control and then turn off. I don’t have this problem with the left AirPod, because when I use it on its own, it works perfectly. I tried using the right one on its own but it turns off straight away. And it is fully charged so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Could you help me out please?

Hey Mike, great vid. Tried it and they did reset but the issue seems to be something else... they don't turn of autoatically when I put them in the box. and the button doesnothing, but when the box is plugged in, it does work. Putting them in and out turns them off and on, and the button does too. So the box isn't giving them charge if it's not plugged in and I have to manually turn them off and on while in use, any advice? thanks a lot

I have a set of these and they work o.k. Mine does not have a button on the back. I plug them in to charge and never sure if they are complete. The red light continues to flash off and on. try and use a higher powered usb adapter to charger the box so the resistance is higher at the end of the charge, these seems to struggle to detect the end of a charge cycle with usb 2 or 1 amp plugs

I have when I get out both of them from the case the r will say connected and after 1 s the L will say connected and the R will say disconnected after 5 s and after 5 s rhe R will say connected and the left will say disconnected after 5 s too do you know how to fix

I’m not sure if this is an issue but my I12 blue label editions case always has the same battery percent on my iPhone and also the charging case turns off after 5 mins while charging my earbuds but I’m not sure if they are still charging even when the led is not on the case

My box is exactly like yours. Bought at Amazon.co.uk they work fine. Only problem is button on case stops working. Should go blue or red. Case is showing 100% charge, pods 39%. Only 2 days old. It did work to begin with. I can get it to work if I keep the button pressed as I plug the lightening connector in and then take out after a few seconds... but it does not stay working. After I take out the lightening connector light runs from solid red to solid blue and after a few seconds starts flashing and then goes off. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Try this: connect both earbuds with the phone, turn off the Bluetooth, touch the right earbud 2 times and then connect em with the phone again. It worked with mines

Hey mike I just found out mines r alittle different , the bottom of airpods are the same but they can still charge , the box is the same but the pods of the box are white . The reset options here are for the genuine i12 models. The only other thing i try is to take them out and leave them for a few hours until they are totally dead. If they still won't connect after this complete reset , you need to send them back. Sadly this is a very common thing from the budget sellers on ali express and wish etc. if you want the real deal from a good seller use knockies or thespinningdeal.

uhh so I have a pair of i12 tws, it was working alright until last night, when the bottom metal part of the left earbud popped out and got stuck in the charging case. I managed to get it out. Hi Mike, I just bought my i12 TWS blue label. I had a lot of trouble getting them to work. I succeeded but when they connect, my left and right pods are reversed. It is the only way I have managed to make them work. And do not know what to do so that my left is left and my right mentions right when pairing.
