Aloha from HI, Love your channel. Miss your Model 3 episodes. Did you ever do the windshield wiper conversion installing the spray tubing to correct the lack of windshield spray? The driver side never gets enough spray to properly clean the glass. Would it be a major modification? If you made the modification, I'd love to see your video or hear your thoughts. I've considered the modification many times. Are there any other of materials needed than having to go through Tesla

Wraps normally last 3-5 years depending on how you take car of the car. Regular washing and ceramic coating make it last longer. I get opportunities from companies to try out different films and Im trying to find the best. The look is over after using Evolv vinyl

Not sure about Model X, but at least on Y the only "free" color is white, which is a terrible color if you plan to wrap the car, because anyplace you can't reach with the wrap it just jumps out at you when you open the doors/hood/trunk/etc. My local wrap shop recommended buying the car in black if you know you're going to wrap it because the black just disappears against the black of the interior. I would think the midnight silver would be another good option in that regard, and maybe it's also better for eventual resale.

My question is why pay for the Grey exterior if only to wrap it in the future, why not save the $1800 and just get the FREE white.

Yes white is free but when you try and wrap over white you never cover it all. With a dark car it becomes a shadow line and look much better. Plus for resale value it's better to not have one of the trillion white teslas
