I struggle to get to sleep and it's been a lifetime problem for me. I think working on a schedule and eliminating the "noise" of technology and creating the relaxing environment would be of great help to me. I recently went off my sleep meds I have been taking for years...the struggle is real on some nights but I am working on it as I want to eliminate the meds unless for an extreme case of insomnia which I occasionally suffer that lasts upwards to three nights but I am working on it and when I work on something I usually have some success. Thanks for the tips for sure and God Bless.

Thank you! Last night, I took notes and wrote out your steps in my journal. Reverse engineering my schedule and creating phone/distraction cut off time are the ones that stuck out most. I really love my morning routine and find my days are the greatest when I'm up before the sun. Thanks again. Maybe I'll be in touch for some coaching. I could use a kick in the butt on a few things! :)

It's 8:15 p.m., here. I want to go to bed but would fight it. Just now...this video came to my attention. Going to follow your advice. I like the evening to evening day. I think that may be in the Jewish culture. Not the dawn till whenever, which is part of my culture. I'm aiming for 10 p.m. No technology. Great idea. So, mentally going to prepare to sleep and be up well rested with everything in my home ready for me.

A very nice video by Chelsea. The following are the points that I have accumulated from my experience in life. How to Sleep Fast and Increase Sleep Quality? Some important points • Every hour of sleep before midnight is equal to 2 hours of sleep after midnight • Maintain a proper sleep time (9.30pm to 10pm is best) • Do not sleep in the afternoon • Sleeping on the left side is best • Never snooze your alarm • Don’t eat too much • Don’t go empty stomach • Don’t use electronics at night • Sleep in any direction other than north (don’t keep your head in the north). East is the best • Wet your feet and massage your feet with oil for sleeping fast Techniques to sleep: • 4-7-8 o Breathe in for 4 secs o Hold it for 7 secs o Breathe out from mouth counting 8secs • Blink for 60sec • Take a bath or Wet your feet and massage your feet with oil

I'm gonna watch this video several times. You are awesome! I also love your videos about "essentialism", would you say that its something similiar to minimalism?
@iamchelseadinen7 жыл бұрын
+Stefi Aww, thank you very much! I'm so happy to hear you've found it to be helpful. Essentialism is similar to minimalism but, in the end, essentialism resonates more with me. To me, where minimalism is more about material items, essentialism is more about mindset.

Well, getting to lok as young and good as she would certainly be worth it. In burnout, i am out of function all day, wake up a bit at 5 and then the chronic stress makes me want to get things done and catch up. Being exhausted makes me really inefficient, slow and distracted , and then put off going to bed out of fatigue and out of depression at an empty life, because of the exhaustion. Vicious cycle that I was decided upon never entering. Happened much due to stressors from many other people though, but still my problem of course. I want to change time at once, not just 15 minutes. The problem f me is having a meaningful day. I tend to push myself despite the burnout, and crash. I need professional help but have traumatized, high-sensitivity + Aspergers, sought for help for 10 years . Got burnt out by the system...

I like videos where they are vlogging while doing the thing. They say "this is what I'm doing. Its not working (or is working)" instead of "do this." It's like youtubing how to change a tire but they never change a tire, just sit there and talk.
