A 2 inch trail side scapula glide towards the spine is al I need to wind up my body for both the backswing and transition. Cheers

Have you tried playing with joint end range to change transition? Like setting up with forearm/arm more internal to give you more external in transition. I'm playing with those concept to see what it changes in my numbers as a potential easy way to tweak my flight on the course..

Yes a little bit. Definitely some benefits. Really dependent on the player and the goal.

I do the same darn thing from out of nowhere in the backswing. Would love to get rid of it for good somehow. I’m thinking that getting weight to my front foot similar to s&t a little sooner helps keep the arms in position. Not sure though. Thanks

It is a possible solution. It might be pivot related in backswing. Maybe. Hard to know without seeing it.

Ya depends a bit on what type of training you are doing. If you are trying to make a change you have to be pretty clear and focus on the movement you are looking to achieve. So more thought usually.If you are doing more performance practice you would be more attached to the target and intention of the shot you are hitting. Both are very important in development.
