I'll ususally do a cover, and also a tutorial. Tutorials are tough to get edited down to the essentials for a wide variety of skill levels. Some folks just need the chords, and maybe some fills, then just watch/listen to the song and they'll get it in minutes. Other folks need to know what finger goes where and for how long. I tend to be more thorough, which I can understand being annoying for more skilled players.
