Thanks for this great video. If you do three rounds, do all the rounds include the 2 minute stretch at the beginning, or is that just when you start.

Barbara Postman your welcome! They could but 3-5 breaths staying in the stretch between rounds is plenty. Check out this blog post on hip rotation. There is a guideline that discusses this in depth for you markowtrainingsystems.com/the-ultimate-90-90-stretch-guide/
