Depends on your interests. If you are clear which kind of research you want to do I'd recommend checking out the faculty and research they are doing. Also consider fee structure, location and weather as well. I don't know much about Bhopal's weather but Mohali's weather is not that good. But again it depends on where you live. You can check hostels as well. Hope it helps.
