Did a little thinking for fun. In the game it is stated that she is 9 when this happens, and Gary's age is unknown. In game it states that Gary smokes, so a minimum depending on where this takes place he would be either 20 to 21 years old maybe, 18 if it takes place outside of Japan, America, or Europe. So the age difference is about 10 years. Until we get a final answer on Gary's age I would say their relationship is "doable", as the comic takes place years later presumably when the Ib is most likely now be between 15 to 20 years old. However that would make him a minimum 26 to 31 years during this comic. Which will most likely really taint his reputation if he and Ib get together as he will be viewed as a groomer and child predator. Now if it ever comes out that he is even older in game, then Ib can really only say goodbye to Gary. As now the age gap is so large that Gary would most likely be branded as a pervert and become a outcast if they get together.
