This ending gives us a little backstory now. So we know why Ib is always seeing stuffed bunnies everywhere. Now we just need to know why Garry sees puppets in their place.

Either Ib or Gary is hallucinating due to the trauma they've suffered inside of the painting world.

It's actually Ib who is hallucinating. Garry and Mary are seeing dolls because they really are dolls. Mary thinks they're cute because they're her friends but Garry is seeing them as they are.

It might be an abstract painting that shows Red Eyes as the painting's focus. The kids see them as rabbits because that's what they've seen when they were young, but Garry perceives them as horrible dolls that he's been traumatized by that had Red Eyes

Because she did. Every time she chose to keep her eyes closed, another petal fell off her rose. By the 5th petal, the game practically tells you that if you choose to keep your eyes shut, you're not going to wake up

Each time you're asked to wake up you lose one petal. Since the petals of her rose are her health, she loses 1 health point. So for example, if you wake up after the second time, you lose 2 petals and have 3 petals (3 health points) left.

I don't think it's happy at all. Even though it seems to be "happy", she still dies, when she's still a child and she still has her whole life ahead.

This must one of the ultimate contraption that the museum made to trap Ib in there forever It’s a trade of death. Choose to stay in the bed and be gifted nostalgia and good memories but slowly die away in the process this is so saddening even I’m crying But in the end this is still a bad trade cause if Ib chooses not to die in the bed she can make new memories and get out of there alive thus this is actually an illusion of the results like a drug you feel happy but your body is suffering The creator really does know how to touch people heart’s 😢

Just open the game's folder. In the folder "Music" you can find all the songs from the game. Just open "Ib_Memory.mp3" it with windows media player, right click in media player where the visualization is, then "Enhancements" -> "Play speed settings", set to 0.8.

I actually saw a vid of what happens if you wake up early. Ib wakes up with some petals missing. It's a literal death bed. She'll sleep forever in it.

Well, here we go. Actually, the game is warning you several times that Ib will fall asleep (forever) if you choose 'Keep eyes closed' option once and again. Her rose's losing one petal every time you do this. Let's analise what happens here in this way. ·1st chance: You hear a familiar voice... 'Keep eyes closed' option chosen, four petals (health points) left. How heartwarming... How could things get any bad? 2nd chance: Memories of your birthday... 'Keep eyes closed' option chosen again, three petals (health points) left. Hey! Here's something suspicious, isn't it? Perhaps changing your opinion looks to be a better idea. ·3rd chance: You got a present from father... 'Keep eyes closed' option chosen... uhh... again... two petals (health points) left. Something's wrong. I have a bad omen, the dream is every time deeper. You still have two chances to change your opinion. ·4th chance: You're spacing out... 'Keep eyes closed' option chosen... once again, just one petal (health point) left. Ib's barely conscious, her health is really low and she's getting extremely weak.
