Im glad i chose the Jackson Dinky over that guitar. It seems fine, but even the stock Jackson pickups sound WAY better than that guitar with its upgraded pickups.

Sounds and looks badass man, it looks very similar to mine (RG 1527) i still have trouble adjusting to the difference having 7 stings makes. The gear episodes are cool!

i knew those pick ups sounded way too nice to be stock, was playing one of these in the local mom pop shop today (of course now they cost $249 not $200) but when you mentioned the alpha omega pups i was like okay so now its a $500 guitar, still sounds amazing tho

Someone near me has one of these for sale for a 150 bucks, I played one at a Guitar Center a couple years ago And I was pretty impressed by, does this one have the stock pickups?

I wouldn't want a Jackson 7 string because they are a 26.5 scale length as opposed to the 25.5 scale I am used to. Seems overkill for 1 extra string

@@James.99 it comes in handy when you want to down tune. I already have the Ibanez 7 string now and the action on it is perfect.

@@James.99 I think the extra scale length does help with tuning stability, but it would be a bit too much for my smaller hands.

I leveled up and got an 800 dollar Ibanez rg 7 string haaa i only play Ibanez 7 strings now because of this one guitar, and I will be buried with this 7 string

I must add i do not play metal I fucking hate metal with a passion. And i only play Ibanez 7 strings. I do not even know 1 single metal riff
