ICarSoft CR Max getting support for failed adaptions and coding

ICarSoft CR Max Couldn't upgrade manufacturer files "SystemAPP" unfortunately even though show the file V33.84 really disappointing

I thought the CR MAX would work for my DIY Porsche Macan service, but I'm starting to have doubts. I paid $400+ for the device and have noted too many deficiencies. One item I'm dealing with I can actually see the value but can't reset it. I have seen the exact same UI and value with a more expensive Launch 431 that is able to be reset. Frustrating. Do the work before purchase if you want to avoid frustration and get the work done.
