A+++ Since you nailed Daging Hitam, it shall be the main dish, then just make ayam goreng berempah, so you got the crispy texture + the tender beef. You guys are so cute!!! Ahaha..if you wanna get your daging hitam more black and thick broth i think you have to let it cook on the stove for a while in low fire. The good technique in malaysian cooking is to let it simmer until you can see the oil floating on the surface and that's what we called "pecah minyak". I always enjoy watching you guys cooking.
