Jay Shetty's good energy comes through the screen. I genuinely was surprised you guys had a second podcast with him lol (particularly with the comments you guys make about him), he really does give the benefit of the doubt to people. Great to see him on here. It was frustrating how much Jay was interrupted though, to the point he lost his trail of thought. It's JAY SHETTY, I'd want to take in as much of his perspective as possible and hope it rubs off on me, rather than push him to see how negative he can be. If you get a third shot - let the man finish a story. We love Jared's point of view, but it's not every week we get a Jay perspective, and we wanna hear it! 😀

Jay Shetty’s voice is sooo soothing. I love his take on life. I too try to follow this sort of mindful practicing to look at the good, be grateful for the good. Whenever I do follow it, so many great things follow. It is a door to abundance. Obviously I’m not great at this, but I notice the difference when I don’t practice mindful thinking.
