I thought Dove had lotions in it to keep soft. So have not used the Dove products on my urethra area. After listening to you a few years ago on estrogen. My doctor got a drug store to make me a cream compound I could use. I was at least 68 yr old then. It was a life saver. Great to know about the thin pads. I used to wear one to town in case I sneezed or something. So will sure look for the cotton ones now. You were the first person that I was able to get info on IC. A clinic doctor knew I had IC when I told him I could not drink cranberry juice. His wife had IC and so he told me about it. I looked it up on internet and you were the only one I could find on the subject at that time. Thank you so much for your help!!

I am 46 and have regular cycles still. Now I have this problem and can feel a twinge in my urethra area for the last week. I am a widow and am no longer sexually active. I take Epsom salt baths no suds. I have used panty liners. Perhaps I should change my laundry detergent, and see if I can get an Rx for estrogen cream? Thank you for the video! I just subscribed!

I have exactly that bad urethral pain& feels like urine stuck in urethral & extremely dry(post menopaus now) I was given Estradiol vaginal tablets that I insert vaginally @night. I didnt take HRT during my menopause. Im confused if these cud ignite,or cause cancer cells to develop in anyway. Has anyone any advice if these Estradiol tablets are safe or not??
