ICO - Unseen beta levels

Using the debug menu in the NTSC version I show some of those levels you can access via the 'Stage Select' option.
Most are accessible, but a couple require some emulator tweaking such as 'Deja' which was unseen until now (as it always froze).
Credit to Einstein95 for obtaining the original demo that contained the debug menu and especially to Fibre who ported the debug menu to the final version (both PAL and NTSC). Note: Fibre was also responsible for supplying us with the original Codebreaker codes for ICO which included the 'free camera' mode and the 'walk on air' codes (amongst others).
