First off Happy Birthday Felix!!! After that oh my goodness where to start? Being from Texas I know a thing or two about Texas Toast and yours went to a Spinal Tap Eleven! Dipped into the escargot butter and garlic it had me swooning! I'd have passed on the salad saving room for that killer ribeye which like Felix, is also my favorite cut of steak. And that crab mac and cheese would have put me into coma town deliciousness. Then came dessert with that bananas foster. Have mercy on a crutch! Which brings us to Da Vonne. YAAAAY! Love any time she's in one of y'alls video's. And lastly, the waiter/server, was world class. He educated, served, and cooked table side with flair and panache! Definitely worth over tipping to the max. Y'all's videos just keep getting better and better. Aloha and mahalo y'all!

The cheese pull on that truffle crab Mac& cheese was a thing of beauty! Wagyu steak, escargot, and truffle crab mac & cheese!? You're killin' me, Smalls! I used to go here every time I went to Oahu. Always sat at the counter by Chef Hide. Always started with hamachi carpaccio and then ate other dishes until I couldn’t eat anymore. Two nights ago I went to chef’s new venture Izakaya Hideyoshi inside Osoyami Bar and Grill. Chef Hide still killing it. You should go.

I just want to say I lived in Hawaii for almost 5 years and watching your videos reminds me so much of all my favorite places there I love seeing the sunsets due to the Covid my husband and I have not been able to come to Hawaii we usually go to Oahu every other year for vacation. I miss it so much. I cannot express to you how much this made me happy tonight to find your channel by accident just popped up on my feed. From the beautiful sunsets from the beach time to the iconic restaurants we’ve eaten at over the years from Roy’s, Dukes, ect. And all the local cheap spots. My husband is Korean and we have been married this year 25 years. We had reservations to go here for our Anniversary. But due to covid restrictions and unable to leave our hospitals due to the mandated two week restrictions. Even after being vaxed we had to cancel. Felix, Happy Birthday 🎂 🥳 🍾. I love eating Ribeye steak cooked Medium Rare. My favorite birthday dinner was eating the Red Lobster's Ultimate Surf and Turf (6oz Filet Mignon, Maine Lobster Tail, Bacon wrapped sea scallops with two sides). This meal was a definite winner 👍👌👏
