Very Nice and Informative video , A quick question - If switching visa sitting in UK - The New COS start date should be just after the next day of your last working day. But how the last working day can be decided or why one will resign from ICT sponsor until new BRP gets issued and you need COS to apply for new BRP

Especially I was looking at the transition phase of ICT to Tier 2 Visa, which you gave clear picture. I have one question, Can we have multiple offer in UK, both employer can apply Tier 2 Skilled work visa for single person. If thats that case do we face issue. ifyou have any idea about this. please help on it.

For main applicant is the hard copy of degree certificate (B E 8th sem mark sheet ) required ? I think this is an optional doc . I have those docs in India but soft copy with me . Pls assist .

@jinuchand7237 Hi if the person working in ict visa if get a new job in germany can he do the work permit visa formalities in Germany or should he go back to india and do the process in there? If ict employer allows is possible to do the work permit formalities in Germany without going back to India
