I believe the killing was done one we saw the four people running over by the house at 3:15. I will bet anything that Bryan had nothing to do with these murders! Can't be. Nobody died before 3:45 or after 4:30. So says Molecular Pathology. They measure decomp rates in tissue and cells now and if you have been deceased longer than 5 hours or less than 50, they can determine time of actual death within a 45-minute margin of error.

I speculated that whoever did it was watching the back of the house, only, on a regular basis probably from a close by residence. This would explain why the door dash delivery did not put him off and why he knew the sliding door was easy to access. To me the following makes sense, Saw Maddie through her bedroom window and out the back on a regular basis, fantasied and struck that night thinking everyone was asleep and that Maddie was alone in her room. The kitchen lights would have been off until Xana came back with the door dash delivery. I think he had already entered the property and gone upstairs when xana was answering the door, I think he likely encountered xana when he came down the stairs and went to leave, but she was between him and the exit likely with her phone in hand. He pursued her to her room. Not expecting to encounter Ethan too. After that battle, he was just ready to get out of there and so even though DM opened her door, he left fearing she might have already called 911.

I'm not buying the "Framed" theory. It would be the most incompetent frame job in the history of frame jobs. They could have framed Brent K. They didn't need Bryan. If they wanted to frame someone, they'd be better off framing a dead man because the state would not have to spend the money to prosecute. These cases cost tens of millions to prosecute. Bryan has already cost the state of Idaho 3.5 million bucks. Think about it. If they were going to frame Bryan, why not put those skin cells underneath a victim's fingernails instead of planting it on a sheath? Not only that, if they were going to frame him, why did they fail to keep hair or blood from the crime scene to plant in his car, apartment, parents house, or office? Wouldn't that seal the deal beyond a reasonable doubt? Framing Bryan doesn't make sense in the slightest. 2 person or multiple suspect theory can be dismissed by forensic pathology. The method is morphometric analysis of stab wounds by MSCT and MRI after the instillation of contrast medium. This method has been utilized in knife homicides since 2016. They can tell the trajectory of how the blade went in to determine if the suspect was right or left-handed, the size, shape and type of blade used. They can super impose the blade of a Ka-Bar and compare just like they do teeth in bite mark evidence. They just can't say for a fact that it was a KA-BAR brand knife. Style yes, brand no. The medical examiner can even look at wounds from victim to victim and be able to tell the blade was dulling. They can also do this by ultrasound. Forensic radiology has come an awful long way in the last 15 years. Ka-Bar are made out of 1095 Cro-Van steel, and while recognized for it's strength, that type of steel SUCKS for holding a sharp edge for very long. That's a fact. So, this also destroys the "Any other weapon" theory. Like for instance, a machete'. They also know the order in which the victims were killed by victim DNA transfer, from one victim to the next. Vic 1 will have no other DNA present. Vic 2 will have vic 1's DNA inside their wounds. Vic 3 will have 1 and 2. Vic 4 will have 1, 2, and 3. I'd be willing to bet the order in the PCA is correct. People say timeline is off in the PCA. Well, if they knew how to read and comprehend it, they would know that the PCA isn't precise for a very good reason. It's because of the molecular pathology report. They always start with the science first in these cases. While Cathy the Coroner was giving her interview a few day's after the homicides, that report hadn't came back yet, and I'd be willing to bet my life on it. She gave an after 2am estimate and considering she is only an RN with a law degree, she estimated it pretty damn close if you ask me. I mean, she had it pegged within 2 hour and 15 mins. Plus, part of her job is remaining a bit vague during interviews because they use the exact facts to weed out false tips that come in if they hadn't found a potential suspect yet. Molecular Pathology has been used since 2020. This method measures decomp rates in the tissue and cells and if you have been deceased longer than 5 hours or less than 50, it only has a 45-minute margin of error when estimating actual Time Of Death. PCA use the word "approximately" 4am (approximately is the opposite of precise)...molecular pathology comes back saying there's no way they died after 4:30...no way they passed away before 3:45. There's your 45-minute margin of error. Then the cops can narrow it down with cell phones and security cams. But, they always start with the science first because science is never the suspect, it's not biased and has nothing to hide. This is also the reason why it did not matter when Cathy showed up on scene. Cathy can't take custody of those bodies for transport to the Medical Examiners office until CSI is ready to move them to find out if there's any evidence underneath them and when they do move them..the coroner and CSI have to be present to witness it and sign off on it. It's the chain of command. The bodies themselves are evidence. Cathy is not a medical examiner, she's only a coroner and she's an elected official who has an RN degree and a law degree. She does not perform autopsies. So, 95% of these conspiracies are stopped dead in their tracks when it comes to these scientific methods. Only one person did it, only one weapon was used, and they did not die before 3:45 or after 4:30

In all murder cases, stomach contents are always listed and it can be determined what stage of digestion was, exactly what food it was and they can use this to determine time of death. They know in the autopsy if she had pizza around midnight or was eating from the door dash delivery.

It's pretty obvious that the door dash was a way to get someone to open the door, then Xana would have to go get it. The food and drink were sitting on the counter untouched, why? I've thought of this scenario often, that DD was just a ruse. I hope they don't just use Brian as a scapegoat and let some monster go free, it's happened before. Idaho is a death penalty state and this was so brutal they're definitely going for it.

If would be the right outcome for Bryan, if he is innocent (as I personally believe), to be exonerated even pending lack of evidence to identify other suspects or at best the actual killer(s). However, unfortunately, I don't think that is the case: rather, Byran is the only suspect in a scenario where the actual perpetrators are known, and their identities are being concealed and protected. By whom? Certain actors in Moscow LE and the FBI. This case does not make sense in so many ways, and the investigation is obviously skewed and clouded. Why all the confusion? if there is an agenda to cover-up the identity of the actual killer(s), it would make sense that nothing we are allowed to know about the case makes sense. In other words, whatever the motive of the killer(s), the motive of the investigation may be to make sure they are never identified. In my view, that makes sense.

There’s a LOT of interviews, articles etc. that are no longer accessible. I’ve an interview with a girl Hannah told the story of Hunter and him being MIA for the 12:00 study session! He did answer her repeated calls to him until about 1:30 and told her he thinks Ethan is dead. This proves he was there at the house before 911 call. It’s not available as far as I can search but I saved it on my phone. Missing at noon means he was at the 1122 Kings rd. as why was he a no show and not answer his phone?

He was called by the roommates bc they couldn't open the door and he pushed his way in and found him (although I always had a feeling his actual location was a few meters in front of X's room, don't adk me why)... One interesting fact is, that the DDD was never officially cleared. He or she went to the police a few days after the crime LE says. There's always been speculations that Emma was the DDD and this one KZbinr (JBI? JLB? Can't remember exactly) went to the Jack in the Box franchise where the order was placed and claims an employee had told him that the driver was a female with dark hair... Some speculate that BK was the DDD, too! Oh, and in general it's said that DD orders/drivers often function as a cover up for drug deals etc. Their Uber like system makes it easy to use it that way.

Take at look at the picture of the side of the house at 6:36. There are stools being used to stop the door from sliding open so, if there wasn't any forced entry, does this suggest that the lock wasn't working and the cops used the stools to prevent unauthorized entry? Pretty good Hypothesis. I firmly beleive you can hear the parts of this crime that took place just exterior to the home - on the Linda Lane Footage. This Hypothesis would line up with what sounds like lethal chaos just 100 yards east of cam. Perhaps suspect(s) even ordered the Door Dash & used Xana's Tik Tok themselves to throw off the timeline. But the perp(s) being there ahead of time is an interesting possibility

@siciliangirl1329 I totally disagree. You can sync up thr audio from Banfield copycam with LL cam perfectly. And the bodycam was WAAAAY CLOSER and able to hear everything exterior to 1122 King Rd. I never said anything about hearing well inside the home. But rest assured the surviving roommates sure as he'll did in a horsehair plaster house LESS than 1900 Sq ft in total. The volume of proximal awareness would have been nill for anyone inside the home and awake at the time.

The truck seen on Bandfield bodycam at 3:00:46 could have hauled away a drug/money safe. It's the ONLY part of the Linda Lane footage missing 2:59:57 to 3:00:50 which is 57 seconds. Maybe the sound of a heavy safe being loaded was too much noise and footage was deleted.

It seems to return toward the end of the clip, though blurred out on later versions.. as if picking up the 4-5 seen running from the house on band field bodycam. Like 40 seconds later that truck comes to pick them up. Likely the plan was they jump in the back and any blood explainable as hunting related, etc.

They can't use the term "Stalking" in court because the victims have to be aware that they are being stalked before the law can consider it "stalking". They will use the word surveilled in court, instead of "stalking".

I'll tell you what I think happened. I have been following this case from the beginning, reading or watching whatever I come across. At one point I thought of the philosophy, Occam's razor. It is something like the simplest set of elements is probably what is true, not the more complicated theories. At one point I read a social media post, that Bryan and Brent used to like to do coke together in Bryan's car. Maybe acquired from the King rd. residence? Brent was referred to as the "security guard". Story went, they were doing drugs in Bryans' car, and Brent went berserk, maybe because of his PTSD, and killed the housemates. Story went Bryan freaked out and drove away. This scenario makes a lot of sense. If Bethany has exculpatory evidence was it seeing a naked man run from the house. Brent after the murders discarding his clothes & running out? Did Bryan actually give a naked Brent a ride home after? Is that why police had a search warrant for Brent's apartment, and he ended up dead? Is that why the judge almost accidentally said Kopaka's name during Bryan's court hearing, because the judge knows about the connection? Bryan would be implicated in the crime if he knew about it, or gave Brent a ride home after. Is that why Bryan knows Bethany has exculpatory evidence? Could this have to do with the gag order? Is a deceased Brent to so called "informant" in the case? I understand that my theory is based on a social media post, that has as much credibility as the 4-chan posts about the 2 David frat brothers. But this theory is simple and seems to fit in many ways with what we know. I don't recognize your accent, are you from Norway?

I think you are close. I think it’s possible that the killer made entry into the home when the DoorDash order was retrieved. Whoever could have been losering about in the tree line, peering through windows, as one does, when an unexpected opportunity to enter the home arose. One thing to remember is the 4:00-4:25am timeline is centered around BK. Before they decided on BK it was closer to 3:00am. The by 2:00am for E and X could be any time between 9:00pm- 2:00am. We know when M and K got home. The by 4:00am means anything between 2-4 (assumed). The entire Payne arrest PCA is full of nonsensical BS like this. It is missing important dates and times. Once again, as concerns so many aspects of this crime, the scenario is clouded by lack of transparency. What details of the DoorDash delivery are known, or reported and either are true or not true? Who was the delivery driver? What is his or her name? Who came to the door, if anyone? How come this information has not been released? Did Moscow LE question the driver? How could they not have done that? Your theory is plausible in several ways, yet without more evidence there is no way to flesh it out more thoroughly.
