Happy Birthday. --- Yes, I watched the entire hearing. Lawrence Mowery stated that he had downloaded data from one cellphone, placed that data into a folder, and althought that data had nothing to do with Bryan Kohberger, he had labelled it "Kohberger", because it pertained to the Kohberger investigatpon. This data was from someone else's cellphone. Lead investigator, Brett Payne did not know that, and prosecutor Bill Thompson did not know that. After this, they went after Kohberger's DNA, car, and cellphone data, including asking the FBI agent to change one 2011 Elantra, as he already reported the car to be, to a 2015 Elantra, the model year of Kohberger's car, and they then had Kohberger arrested, by a swatt team. The drive tests do not test data associated with the defendant. They only creates a reference map for possible comparison to other data.

Very good summary. Clear concise and to the point. Yes they need all and complete reports. I dont think it is acceptable that "Pain" is clueless on so many issues. My question is What do the Idaho rules of court say about withholding evidence and whos responsibility is it to give the evidence to defense. ? It looked really bad that Pain had the nerve to tell AT to get the videos and sort through thousands of hours of footage to find the correct videos of the right times. That kind of addtude gives LE a bad reputation. Happy belated Birthday. ❤

I think there might be 2 teams here: the FBI, who did their work and submitted it; and the Moscow PD, who can’t find their own work, or what was given to them by the FBI.

Happy Birthday! I agree "What a mess". The prosecution should have no problem submitting documents if they have evidence to convict, so any excuse not to turn over subpoenaed documents is suspicious, indicating that what they have isn't admittable. No motive, no evidence, no connection. The State better be looking into a cartel hit and fully exonerate Kohberger whose life they've ruined for life.

Y’all have no idea the evidence they have as it is sealed. And you also have no idea what was shown to the grand jury. His DNA should not have been in their home. Guarantee you that will convict him.

The fact that they didn't simulate alternatives routes to get more cellphone data is a huge mistake... maybe the defense has some videos of Kohlberg's Elantra on another highway/road that could be a check-mate to the prosecution case.

The FBI didn't share "less than 80%" as you stated. They did not share 80%. In other words, only shared 12%. Big difference.

And, they definitely had a front view of the car because they said they could see that it had no front plate. So, how could an expert miss that difference in the lights?

No, they had one or two images of cars in which it looked as if, maybe, there was no front plate, and those cars were not the same year as Kohberger's car.

Wouldn’t they have a big folder and larger zip lock bags with any video tapes with reference numbers on them etc? I have no idea but I would think everything would be in one area with all info put in a big package plus all filed? Okay video tapes might be slightly out dated but whatever they use

CMIIW, please, anyone, but this is the second channel where I've heard that the missing 2 or 3% data is exactly when/where the Elantra was next to/basically "on top of" 1122 King Road. I mean I've heard of coincidences, but sheeeesh. I can just hear Nancy Grace saying: "Well, then. That proves Bryan Kohberger did it!" I still maintain that what's been gagged just may rock this case one way or t'other. These gagged elements will be ungagged at trial.

Also, a gag order is useless if people are blabbing regardless; I think a lot that could be talked about *isn't* being talked about; and this is precisely *because* the gag order is doing what gag orders are supposed to do: stop people from flapping their lips about sensitive information.

This is a shhh show. Judge Judge should ne removed from this case. He is often smug and doesn't seem to have what it takes to be stern in this case. Idk if BK is innocent or guilty...however it is obvious that there was NOT enough evidence for a GJ indictment...so theres that.

You need to go back and review from the start, your way off, the timing would not work for what Sy Ray said, also their is much more that hasn't been shown yet, everything so far points to overwhelming guilt of BK. The Defense are doing everything to get the death penalty thrown out, but they know he is guilty, so obvious. Watch Drunk Turkey Show and Gray Hughes investigates to be updated on this !

Didn’t you hear officer Payne state that they had zero photos or video of Bryans car? Do you remember in a previous hearing that prosecutor Bill Thompson stated that there was no evidence of Bryan stalking any of the victims? So what is your overwhelming evidence?

There is no evidence and and a specialist that specifically works in cast reports said the evidence that is missing is exculpatory. He never should have been arrested. He will be exonerated

Also, if BK was guilty, he would have accepted a plea agreement that takes the dp off the table. Instead, he wants to go to trial. What does that tell you? Common sense.

Exactly, what do they have on Kohberger? The IGG isn't admissible in court; the parked Elantra wasn't 2015; there was no stalking; no motive; no traces with the car, office, and apartment; and, most importantly, if they had any evidence against BK, they would have submitted it to the defense. There is NADA. Now they'll have to look into a targeted drug house hit, just like they said in the first press conference.
