Where did you find the information, that the door dash driver was cleared??? As far as I know that's not the case at all, which makes people believe BK could have been the delivery person.

Ah, maybe I really misspoke here... I'll see if I have the source and if I find it, I'll post it here and in the description box. Thanks for catching this potential mistake! EDIT: i pretty much found only what the commenters below are saying: that the DD driver was "identified". so yeah, it was a slip up! thanks for bringing my attention to this error, and thanks to the other commenters who came out with the answer!

The PCA states "This is with the exception of Kernolde, who received a DoorDash order at the residence at approximately 4:00 a.m.law Enforcement identified the DoorDash delivery driver who reported this information". It appears the DoorDash driver wasn't considered a suspect to clear but who knows. It's important to realize that DoorDash driver's GPS is monitored by the company. Where they are, when they leave, and when they are on the move. That in itself could be an alibi.

@@tomvan6008 I can definitely tell you, that a lot of other KZbinrs state he or she has never been cleared, which is especially remarkable since nearly everyone's been cleared very very soon: DM, BF, JD, JS, the private taxi driver, all people on the 911 call and all people at the house when the police arrived. That's why many people believe BK could have been the DDD (while others speculate it could have been EB). I haven't researched it myself, but I'm pretty positive it's true since this is quite a big talking point in the true crime community.

You can’t do DoorDash without a mobile phone connected to the cellular network. The defendant was indicated to have turned his phone off so it would be improbable that he’s the DD driver.

The defendant theoretically can’t be the DD driver if his phone was allegedly turned off. Simple, but not cleared means it could have been someone else. If it were the defendant, his DD trip history would have put him in the house and I assume that would have made it into the PCA.

In my humble opinion, LE reverse-engineered this entire case to fit their own narrative, which is why the time of the acts was adjusted two or three tim es. There IS no logical reason for LE to specify what "tips" they would even consider!! Looking at the footage of LE entering the house, my heart fell. They weren't wearing gloves, etc. When those "cowboys" drove up to a guarded crime scene, walked right in, and abruptly left? What are we to think? And finally, the main piece of evidence is demolished because the University said so....that stinks of cover-up.

Maddie and Kaylee were 21. Just to clarify. Honestly, some of the crazy theories out there make more sense than BK being the one who did this. it almost seems like they found a suspect and then re arranged everything (time line) to suit him. He may very well be guilty, but at this point the evidence we have been shown isn't convincing.

Unfortunately the more time that goes by the less likely we are to ever really know what happened at the King Rd house that night. This was really well done. I think it's a great idea to get back to basics and go back to the beginning. Nice to separate the facts as presented by law enforcement from the theories and speculations we the public surmised. When you go back to the beginning, I believe we get to see the amazing job law-enforcement did in piecing together a very challenging mystery. This is fascinating. I've followed this case since the start, and due to the clarity of your presentation, I've just realised 2 different things. 1. Many people have wondered how the perpetrator/s could have dared to approach the building when there were 'so many cars outside' - thinking that many cars equated to many occupants. But, if I am understanding it correctly, there was probably only 3 cars outside at the time of the attacks, and Ethan's vehicle wasn't one of them - as you say. 2. I've always wondered if the DD delivery was intended to lure Xana to the front door so that the perpetrator/s could enter from the back slider. But I then thought, 'well, that would be a bit pointless, given that DM would still be on the middle floor - and right by the staircase to the 3rd floor'. Now I realise that perhaps the perpetrator/s thought (like many did at the outset) that DM and BF were both on the ground floor - so luring Xana downstairs does indeed make some sense. Added to that, the perpetrator/s may not have known that Kaylee was also at home (let alone on the top floor) - because they probably didn't know she was the driver of the 'new car'. In short, from the outside, the perpetrator could have thought - 3 cars, 4 female occupants, 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the middle, and 1 on the top. Distract the 1 in the middle, and there could be clearer access to the lone occupant on the third floor.

I've never understood this timeline for a single perp to commit these murders. And did all 4 victims go comatose within a few minutes of getting take out food or getting home? Nor do I understand how none of the victims screamed or called out when there are defensive wounds present. There is so much more to this case.

I think when the trial starts the 1112 camera/audio will prove or disprove if there were screams. It picked up whimpering it would definitely pick up screams due to their decibel levels.

a lot of times people kill for the thrill of it. there is no motive. in fact, nothing is a real motive to hurt or kill someone. that's pure selfishness, putting your ego above someone else's life.

Victims-- all of them. 1st there is no way in the world 1 lone person would have this in such a way. No way..... Also--they are keeping quiet because look, look what. Could happen. I absolutely LOVE your theories on this case! I have been following it since the week it happened and it's nice to have a fresh perspective on it. Have you seen the video of Ethan Chapin being pulled over in a blue Subaru on 28th Jan 22? Could be a friend's vehicle (I've no idea!). What gets me is why is the President of the UofI, Scott Green, standing with LE during the Dec 22 press conference? The victims weren't even on-campus. He's shady.

As far as telling the public who/what was the target (s), would be information that the killer would know. For what whatever the reason, people do make false confessions. Not only the "false" confessions that may come from interrogations. But people making a false confession when police was not even aware of their existence. If someone were to come forward and confess to the crime. LE would obviously have to interview him/her to determine if they are the correct offender. This is done by seeing if this new suspect knows things about the crime. just for ex. lets say that one of the 4 victims was "posed" in an odd explicit manner. Who would know that besides the perpretrator and victims. That is why it is so important for LE to hold criticle info like that back. IMO, the perp, stalked kaylee and/or Maddie. He stalked them electronically and physically. If my opinion is correct, Kaylee was so excited about her new RangeRover; that she wanted to go back to Moscow 1 last time before her Europe trip, to show Maddie and friends her car. I'm sure she posted it all over the various platforms, so the perp would have known that she was coming back for the long weekend. The perp (IMO) would know that this would be his last opportunity. !st time here, I like your channel. Your "honest" reporting is refreshing!! many of the other True Crime Creators are running worse than "Rumor Mills"! It seems like they just say whatever pops into their head. No DNA in Brian’s car. With Al that blood how is that possible. Kaylee alone was stabbed over 50 times. Her faced was badder also. This has to take time to do plus also those stabbings of Kaylee takes a lot out of the killer. I believe if a stranger is going to do the killing there is NOneed to stab someone that many times. Don’t forget the house is dark inside. I believe the killer or killers knew the inside of the house.

There was an Indian Telugu movie that touched upon the theme of false accusations and being declared guilty with flimsy evidence . A humble motorcycle driver witnessed a murder of a taxi driver but was framed for it. (It was done by a corrupt cop) 8 years later he is released from jail but stripped of dignity, but a lawyer (later revealed to be the taxi driver’s brother) believed he was innocent and works to clear his name and bring the actual person to justice.

I've been saying the same thing for months. Dylan never mentioned locking the sliding door after she seen a Man in Black, wearing a mask exiting. Dylan heard alot of strange things going on , why didn't she make a connection that something was wrong, then investigate the situation after securing the door. She said she was in a frozen shock phase 😮 !!! Soooo she was well aware of something going down. ( P.S ) Murphy must have been barking up a Storm, dogs just don't stop barking when chaos has occurred. Must have been stressful on Murphy, I'm sure he could smell the blood.

i have followed this case since the day it happened, and it was odd from the start. the coroner didn't show up until 12 hours or more after the murders had allegedly taken place, meaning there was no way to get an accurate time of death for any of the victims. then the police waited 4 days to hold a press conference, which must have been nerve wracking for the people of that community. when they finally did speak, i got the distinct impression that they knew exactly who the killer was, as there was an obvious suspect, at least in my eyes. when they arrested bryan, my first thought was "they've got the wrong guy", and when the pca was released, my suspicions only grew. so many details of the pca differed from the initial reports that it just seemed like a totally different story, constructed solely to paint bryan as the guilty party. so, as much as i'd like to trust law enforcement, i can only conclude that bryan is being framed to protect the actual murderer. i have my suspicions of who it is, and why he is being protected, but i'll keep that to myself right now. ☺️ i look forward to seeing the rest if your series. 💕

There are no alibis for any of thos interested bt LE and why is it not a one Crime Channel mention that? The alibis taken initially after the murders between 3-4 yet the murders happened according to LE 4:4:25. Not even BK has an alibi except "driving around." LE focus on one sketchy individual and making the Elantra the killer and fit together a nonsense timeline. BK still in his car at 4:04 yet making three loops, yet to park, yet to get in the house. According to LE data taken from DM and BF phones hours after LE arrived and with interrogation of both survivors while fresh in their memory the timeline established 3-4. The killer Elantra based on being in the area, a thud that could easily be a door slam and many dogs in the neighborhood not necessarily Murphy...did LE do a bark analysis to determine it was Murphy barking? Doubtful. A smiggen of trace DNA is the only evidence and that is questionable since trace DNA the most unreliable. LE needed to go back and interview thos initial people to establish their alibi between 4:00-4:25.

To be fair, responding to an "unconscious" person is not unusual. If the victims are not yet declared dead by a medical professional, it could be that they are simply unresponsive. I would be curious if they just sent an ME out, or if they also rolled EMS. As far as the use of the singular, it could simply be the circumstances indicated a singular person. It seems further indicated by the fact they know who the targeted individual was, which also seems to indicate who would have done crime. I am as confused as you are as why tips are not wanted in light of that information unless they want someone to come forward that can confirm the circumstance without bias? This element confuses me.

The person was coming from the living room and Dylan could easily see him walking toward her (Dylan's door opens to the inside) and then turning right heading for the kitchen. If you open Dylan's bedroom door. you can look out and to your right is the living room, straight head is the entrance to the kitchen and to her left would be the stairs leading upstairs. Dylan didn't see him going up the stairs or coming down the stairs.

They look outside, A man Coming down stairs, He takes off his clothes, putting them In a plastic bag, He then exited the sliding door! DM saw two men dressed in black With a hoodie! KG saw three men from her window When she made The 911 call, The same men DM saw. The one suspect Theory is refuted, By KG, And DM! He was originally Looking for a white Elantra, Year model 2011 to 2013. BK has A White Elantra, Year Model 2015! To many Facts don't fit BK.

Xana's bedroom is 35 feet Maddies 12 feet yes. Actually, the PCA doesn't say she was in frozen shock for 8 hrs. It simply said she experienced frozen shock (couldn't move) when she saw the man. Obviously, when he turned and headed to the Kitchen she stated she closed the door and locked it which would end the frozen shock phase.

"anything and everything" sure it's hush hush. obviously, by the way media and content creators totally avoid discussing the 'nature' of the case -- special probable cause -- there is prolly conspiracy involved somewhere along the way, and LE was aware of that probability on 11/17/22. its gonna be hush hush until the fat lady sings. expect more twists and turns, shoes to drop, sorrow, and utter confusion, until jury is handed case for deliberation.

I think he is not guilty. If, however, there were real evidence that he did participate beyond a reasonable doubt, I may be persuaded...depending on sources, etc.

I do hope they have the right guy and they actually have a whole bunch of evidence that will eventually come out... but i also see that things so far aren't adding up. I've never seen a case where over a year after the suspect has been arrested, we still don't know neither the motive, nor the connection to the victims if there was any, and apparently not even one of the four victims managed to pull a single hair off his head that could serve as more substantial evidence than touch dna on the knife sheath.

LE changed their story & said the house might be the target! I dont understand with so many unknowns, including 3 unknown male DNA found within the scene. The private driver reported BK to LE abt Dec 10, 2022 + he stated in the news report, Law & Crime News with him Jan 6, 2023 he reported about 13 white Elantra's matching LE's description to the hotline + he stayes he & his wife lived within 1200 feet of BK. I find the private driver's statements odd who knew all 4 victims & BK somehow 1200 feet is not that close for the private drive & his wife to somehow know BK.

What’s the point of having your voice at normal speed yet speeding up the actual information that is being played? Other than for your own vanity, I see nothing positive from this. huh? when did i ever say that people aren't allowed to comment their thoughts and theories? i actively welcome them. i just said that *i* , in these videos that summarize the events of the case, will not discuss theories that don't have at least *some* basis in what has been confirmed by reputable sources. as far as i'm concerned, people are absolutely free to discuss whatever they want in the comment section, as always.

As i prefaced, this series is gonna be a summary of everything we know so far, minus baseless speculation and minus (most) rumours. I'm not interested in covering every piece of news that comes out the second it comes out. I prefer to filter and condense. I have many interests. This happens to be one of them atm.
