Those finishes look nice. I am preparing to have a new build painted. I was going with either Benjamin Moore, Simply White or Cotton Balls. I learned that Simply White could take four coats to look complete. I am leaning away from Simply White if it takes four coats. I have just over 2k square feet to paint. Have you ever heard of having to use four coats to really get a nice matte finish.

I use simply white all the time and have never had to use 4 coats. if you are using regal or aura Benj Moore, you should have no problem.

Instead of using 2 rows of tape, use one row of tape and one using the hand masker to protect about a 12” instead of 2”
